As the last lectures we have discussed what are the different meanings of sociolog of law

from the stand!oint of man scholars related with the su"#ect, and su"#ect matter 

distinguished " them as differentl from the conventional territories of sociolog and lawsu"#ects, in the ne$t lecture we will stud a"out the evolution of legal sstem%

unfoldment of law needs to "e studies regarding the functional necessit of the societ%

Some of the o"servations that ou need to !onder is that what are the e!ochical

inevita"ilities that com!el the evolvement of law hether the evolvement of legal sstem

in other countries same to that of India
