1. General Remarks

In a world where the need for quick and efficient communication is increasing daily, choosing the right communications equipment is more important than ever.

The communication system HL551 or HL551S includes two Headphones (Single or Dual) with two Amplifiers. The two amplifiers are connected in series on the timing line, without adversely affecting the impulse transmission quality. Additional amplifiers and headsets can be installed in series along the timing line (i.e. intermediate times). The dynamic microphone ensures an optimal sound quality and the electronics of the amplifiers guarantee an excellent voice reproduction. The power supply of the amplifier works with a 9V battery (6LR61), and switches on automatically when the headset is connected to the amplifier.

The Mini Timing Bag can be mounted on our Timing Backpack (ref. HL310), which can also hold two Chronoprinter 540’s with Docking Station.

Our Headphones are also compatible with: Radio Data / Voice HL 680 (5W) In collaboration with ICOM France, a leading specialist in radio telecommunications, TAG Heuer has developed a new radio system combining the traditional voice communication with the protocols dedicated specifically in our Chronoprinter 540. This allows for optimal transmission of all timing information.

Easy to use, this transmission system is accessible and flexible enough to adapt to any circumstance.

Its 5 Watts power makes it possible to transmit information over a distance of several kilometres.

It is also possible to manually set the frequency and power of the HL 680, which makes it possible to carry out various configurations between several CP 540’s and one PC, for example.
