Half Day - Late morning damage control and later, the healing power of sunset and yoga combined.
Full Day - From sunrise on, a feast of activities interrupted by an abundance of healthy culinary delights.
Half Day - Consider it the ‘funnest’ rest day you’ve ever had.
Full Day - Back to a full day of exercise, healthy nutrition, some education.
Half Day - A truly Maldivian day with workouts, local food and learning.
Full Day - A morning theme of ‘Ocean’ followed by an afternoon for the senses.
Half Day - A special morning for Connectors from sunrise to noon
Full Day - A late start (by this stage, 7 am is a late start!) for a day’s extreme activity on land and water
