Hire Terms and Conditions1. All hires are for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days). 2. All invoicing for hire equipment will be on a full week basis. 3.Hire period commences on the day of delivery or collection of equipment. Delivery will be confirmed by signature of clientor representative of the client. 4. No deposit is required for hire items,however a credit card imprint imprint/record kept. 5. Hire fees are payable in advance. Initial charge of two (2) weeks plus any delivery fees will be charged to a nominated credit card prior to delivery or collection of equipment. 6. All hire prices are quoted on a weekly basis and include GST (if applicable). 7. Delivery charges apply to all equipment delivered by a representative of GMS Rehab or Courier Company. 8. All equipment should be returned to the GMS Rehab in good working order. If any repairs, or excessive cleaning is required; then the client shall be liable for all costs. 9. All repairs are to be conducted by the GMS Rehab staff or a representative of the GMS Rehab only. 10. All equipment is safety checked and sanitised prior to delivery. 11. All equipment remains the property of the GMS Rehab. 12. All hire equipment may be purchased - please contact GMS Rehabilitation's office for more details. 13. GMS Rehab may end hire agreement if: (a) Payment is not received by due date (b) Equipment has been damaged/misused. 14. Prices subject to change. 15. Stock subject to availability.
