• Experience in driving operational training metrics and maximizing training effectiveness through robust process of checks and balances.
• Experience in performance management and trainer development initiatives.
• Certified trainer by Onetel (U.K) for credit vetting (process) and soft skills.
• Successfully completed a Green Belt project.

RAVI SHANKAR - ADVISOR
Ravi is a sseasoned executive with over 25 years of experiencein Outsourcing, Training and Sales Management; of which themost recent 12+ years has been in the Outsourcing industry(KPO / BPO). He has exposure to the following sectors -Industrial products, FMGC, Training services, Cellular services,Digital Radio, Paging Services and ITeS.
Commencing his career in 1987, he started in the Business Development and Sales Management function before moving into the training and coaching industry, where he spent time with companies like National Institute of Sales (NIIT Group Company), BPL Cellular, Motorola Paging Services etc before joining the ITeS sector in 2000. He started his career in the ITeS sector with Talisma Corporation before joining Infosys BPO Ltd (formerly known as Progeon), in the start-up stages in 2002, and spent close to a decade in various roles across Operations, Account Management and P&L responsibility. He was also involved in the managing of the Global Business Services canter for a financial services firm providing services to clients and office across 40+ global locations. He is currently running his own consulting practice where he provides consulting, training, coaching and business services to companies, helping them build customer-centric models in order to drive growth, profitability and employee retention.
