NEW HERTFORD SUITESituated on the ground floor of Hilton Watford, this bright and flexible suite benefits from its own private entrance, foyer, bar and kitchen facilities, making it the perfect venue for any self-catered event.

The New Hertford Suite is pillar free and square in shape, with a total floor space of 3,819 sq ft.

Ideal for large events, this suite holds up to 300 guests on 25 round tables along with a spacious dance floor.

Furthermore, we allow Mandap including the four pillars and Havan Kund. Please contact our events team for more details.

CHIPPERFIELD SUITEThe Chipperfield Suite is conveniently situated on the ground floor, next to the hotel lobby and benefits from its own bar, rest rooms and a finishing kitchen, ideal for your self-catered events.

This pillar-free suite has natural daylight, air conditioning and excellent lighting featuring modern chandeliers and spot lights.

The total area of 1,710 sq ft can accommodate the following capacities:120 banqueting (tables of 12) without dance floor96 banqueting (tables of 12) with dance floor.

OUTSIDE CATERING PACKAGE• Use of function suite from 8:00am until 01:00am(including de-rig)• Hotel will set up tables and chairs as per table plan• Dance floor and stage (if required)• Corkage• Use of private kitchen area (full details on request)• Free Parking• Use of Private Bar at additional cost of £100.00 (todistribute drinks only, no sales permitted)
