This law firm represents Hiller's Incorporated in this
matter.
In compliance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining
Notification Act (WARN), this letter, on behalf of Hiller,
Incorporated, notifies you of planned plant closings, within the
meaning of WARN, at Hiller, Incorporated. All of the Company's
stores will be closed on a permanent basis. A list of the affected
locations is enclosed.
As a result of the closings, all employees will be terminated.
An exact date for the closings has not yet been established, but it
is anticipated to occur between June 30, 2015 and July 13, 2015. It
is currently anticipated that the employees will be terminated
during this fourteen-day period.
The affected hourly employees are represented by a labor
organization, the United Food and Commercial Workers. The name and
address of the chief elected officer of the UFCW, which represents
the affected unionized employees, are as follows:

No bumping rights will apply to this situation.
The number of affected employees will be approximately 846. At
its corporate office, which is located at 24359 Northwestern
Highway, Suite 150, Southfield, Michigan 48075 (248) 355-2122, the
Company retains on site the following: a list of the job
classifications and the current number of affected employees in
each classification. This information will be readily accessible to
your agency and any of the local governmental entities.
