Dashboard. The Dashboard is the main entry point to access all of the sites and content you have access to. It gives you a personalised overview of recent activity across all of your projects as well as a summary of tasks assigned to you, upcoming events, favourite items, centralised system notifications, private messages and content waiting for approval. From here you can also access your profile and search for content and people across the system.

Activity streams. Share and consume information in real-time with colleagues, project teams and clients within a secure enterprise social network. Our activity streams automatically surface recent updates in sites you have access to so you can keep up to date and see when someone uploads a file, edits a wiki page, posts to the blog, assigns a task, adds an event or makes a comment. Users can add new microblog posts directly into the stream to share updates, links, images and add comments and like activity items. The stream can be filtered by content type, site and people you’re following so you can always focus on what’s important to you.

Private messages. Private messages can be sent to one or more people in the system allowing users to have direct conversations with each other outside the context of a project space but within the same secure environment. Search. All content is fully indexed and instantly searchable with full support for complex character sets. The global search field is accessible from anywhere in the system and allows you to quickly search for favourite content, sites or people in the directory by name or job title.
