Long Service Award function along with Birthday celebration was organized and New Year greetings were exchanged in a jamboree organized on 31st Dec. 2018. All those employees who have rendered long service have been given away the awards for successfully completing 25 years, 20 years and 15 years in Ginni Filaments Ltd. by Mr. Arif Mohammad Khan. Mr. Arif Mohammad Khan is a noted parliamentarian besides Supreme Court Advocate, one who is known for his writing skill as an author. He is a philanthropic and a mature speaker, who went on to explaining the importance of Ramayana in present business world. The schedule of the programme progressed towards Birthday celebration for nine staff members whose birthdays have fallen during the month. A noted singer with guitarist sung a nice Hindi number by striking a chord of music, which was filled by foot taping dance by the employees of the Ginni Filaments Ltd. Whole environment was full of fun and frolic with traditional frenzy on the eve of New Year. Mr. Suresh Singhvi - Director Finance, was given away long service awards for completing 25 years in this organization. He spoke about his career journey and his association with Jaipuria Family besides he spoke very high regarding the importance of Human Resources function and thanked HR department for organizing the same. Whereas, our esteemed CMD Shri Shishir Jaipuria ji motivated recently joined young employees to follow the same path for long association with company. The program was organized by Cultural Committee which has worked very hard to make this program successful. Mr. Sudhanshu Pathak, Manager – HR and Ms. Parul Dhawan – DGM – Marketing compered the event. The program commenced at 4.15 PM and reached the finale at about 5.25 PM in fag end of the day. Employee exchanged the New Year greetings and proceeded for their home.

NEW YEAR CELEBRATION 2019

A grand New Year Celebration was organized on the eve of 2018 on 31.12.18 at GFL, Kosi. On this occasion, all staff members with their families shared their wishes and compliments for the New Year 2019.

The celebration which began with “Deep Prajawalan” by all HODs. Sh. B. K. Sharma, Unit Head and Sh. Rajiv Sharma, Unit Head shared their wishes and said that the year passed has taught us valuable lessons. Sh. B. K. Sharma in his New Year address wished everybody happy, healthy, successful and prosperous New Year. He also thanked all employees for their hard work, team work and commitment which helped GFL in faring better despite tough times. He further added that milestones have been achieved in terms of consistency in higher production, aggressive marketing and reduced customer complaints. He asked all to give their best performance and try to gain excellence in whatever we do. Sh. Rajiv Sharma further said that we have achieved targets in terms of production, which was possible only because of commitment, team work, dedication and hard work of our employees.

Musical night was presented by Orchestra Team of Mathura and children presented group dances. Staff members with family & kids enjoyed the delicious starter & dinner and welcome the new year with DJ songs & dance. The programme was concluded with the exchange of New Year Wishes by staff members & their family.

PAR EXCELLENCE AWARD AT NATIONAL LEVEL IN ‘NCQC’ 2018

Ginni Panoli Quality Circle team ‘SIDDHI’ grabbed the highest award “PAR EXCELLENCE” in 32nd National Convention on Quality Concept (NCQC) at National level held in IIITM Gwalior on 21st December, 2018 in continuation to earlier success at State level. Additionally, the team also qualified for the forthcoming “International level competition” to be held in Japan in September, 2019. It is a splendid achievement among more than 2000 teams across the country at all levels of quality circle by QCFI (Quality Circle Forum of India) aiming at igniting minds for innovation through Quality Concepts.

The team’s presentation was on the project related to “Sustainable Growth & Manufacturing Excellence” in terms of Energy saving & Resource management. Few glimpse of the happy moments are appended below.

VISITS OF THE MONTH

HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE

A training was conducted on 05th December 2018 by EHS Team on ‘Harassment at Workplace’ in which employees gained knowledge regarding the rules and regulations which comes under the Harrasement Act.

GLIMPSES OF JOHNSON & JOHNSON OFFICIALS VISIT

On dated 21st November 2018 there was EHS audit by Johnson & Johnson in which auditor was Mr.Janaki Ganapa and Mr.Ashish Monga. Mr.Mukesh Saxena and Mr.Madhukar Sharma lead the audit by using their experience and efforts.

NEW YEAR EVE

The New Year Eve started with the ‘Deep Prajwalit’ by Dr.Yatendra Verma & Sh. V.K Tripathi, and a Welcome Note by Dr.Yatendra Verma after that a beautiful Vandana was Sung by ‘Quality Team’ followed by the welcome notes by our Anchors Mr.Balvinder Rana & Mr.Vinayak Sharma.The eve flow goes on with Singing,Dancing & Play.Games were arranged by Mr.Ashish Jha for all the employees in which participation came at great level.The event organisation was done with helping hands of Mr.Madhukar Sharma,Mr.Mukesh Saxena,Mr.Pankaj Bhatla,Mr.Pankaj Nautiyal, Ms.Bhawana Pant ,Ms.Harsha Surendran, & Team.In order to motivate the “Ginni Gems” Sh.V.K Tripathi Ji gave a thanking note for there participation in making the event successful along with the token of Gifts.The evening came to an end with an Delecious Dinner.
