Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission. the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint the

following recommendee as Lecturer in Islamiyat BPS-17 in Commerce College Cadre of Higher ,

Education Department with immediate effect subject to the following terms and conditions and to I

TERMS AND CONDITIO JS:

1. He will have all rights/privileges contained in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil ServantsAct, 1973 with all amendments made therein including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CivilServants (Amendment) Act. 2013 and Rules made there under.

11. In case of resignation, the officer will have to give one month prior notice. In absenceof such notice one month's pay/allowances shall be forfeited to Government.

111. The appointee should join his post within 3Q-days of the issuance of this Notification Ifailing which it shall be presumed that he is not interested to join the same. Chargereport should be submitted to all concerned. The Director General, CommerceEducation and Management Sciences, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar should furnisha certificate to the effect that the appointee has joined his post or otherwise.

rv. In case of disciplinary matters Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Civil Servants Act.l973 andKhyber Pakhtunkhwa, Civil Servants (Efficiency & Disciplinary) Rules, 2011 shall beapplicable.

Y. He will be on probation for a period of 01 year extendable, if required, for another yearwith the specific order of the .appointing authority, within two months oftbe expiry of151 year of probation period in terms of Section-If (2) of appointment Promotion andTransfers Rilles. 1989.

vi. He will get pay in BPS-17 including usual allowances as admissible under the rules.He will be entitled to annual increment like other Civil Servants.
