Tools are specifically engineered

to meet the requirements, the

applications, and the mechanical

fittings of the different equipment

where they have to be installed.

Consolidated experience in design,

machine tooling, and a deep knowledge

of the proper ties of the materials used

for the construction of the different

par ts ensure that our customers are

given with reliable and long-lasting

products. High outputs can be achieved

thanks to the most accurate cooling

capacity combined with the correct

forming technology.

The tools are also manufactured to

grant minimal waste, and the optimal

material distribution. Changeover time

is kept as shor t as possible.

CNC also design and manufacture

complete cutting stations to be

integrated in the FFS (Forming Filling

Sealing) packaging lines of the most

impor tant machinery manufactures

like illig, Gabler, Kiefel, Amut, WM, and

Irwin, just to name a few, and for the

final users.

CNC exper tise becomes evident when

it comes to precision engineering,

enabling us to offer tailored

solutions for tougher and thicker

materials, enhancing the quality

and the longevity of the tools.

The tolerance required in such

tools when cutting thermoformed

plastic films is extremely impor tant.

We therefore manufacture all of

our punch and die tools using

the latest CAD/CAM technology.

With the correct maintenance, all

CNC tools are guaranteed to run

in excess of 3 million cycles while

keeping the cut quality unaltered.

Moreover, the care used to assemble

the linear driving mechanisms, allows

to reduce the process forces and

wear to a minimum.

Special attention is finally dedicated

to the tools fitting, so to ensure

rapid change over operations in case

different products and formats are

processed in the same cutting station.

CUT GAP LESS THAN 5 μm

CNC manufacture blister formats for

the Pharmaceutical Industry. The

design of each cavity is optimised

around the thermoforming process

and the characteristics of the

different materials (Aclar, PVC, PVdC,

PP, PET, COC, etc.) to guarantee

an even distribution of the film,

which eventually results in a longer

preservation of the products.

CNC also supply Cold Forming tooling

for ALU/ALU blisters, which are fully

tested to make sure that pin holes,

micro channels or delamination

will not occur, so ensuring high

barrier performance o the blister

against moisture, oxygen and light.
