CNC BENDINGWe’re capable of bending and forming stainless, aluminium and mild steel. We use the high-end Amada Promecam machine to carry out simple or complex bends within clients deadlines and at affordable prices.
ROLLINGThe rolling service we offer is fully automated with the use of high-end machinery which is capable of achieving varied radiuses on the same metal sheet. Our engineers are here to ensure that the rolling process is carried out quickly and accurately.
LASER CUTTINGWhen it comes to laser cutting, we have the state-of-art Amada Laser. With its pre-programmable properties, we can input the data to ensure precision and tight tolerances are always obtained. WELDINGJ&S Laser Profiles offer welding for mild & stainless steel along with aluminium. With the use of TIG and MIG machines we use both spot and resistance techniques to deliver the end product you require on time and within budget. Our ethos is that no job is ever too big or too small.
CNC FOLDINGAnother of our key services is CNC folding. We use state-of-art Amada Promecam multi-programmable brake presses which have 1,2 and 3 metre capacity. We also have 2 manual hand folding machines to provide greater flexibility for our client’s requirements. Whichever type of machinery is used, you can be sure of consistent precision.
CNC PUNCHINGThe CNC punch/laser we have on-site is programmed to deliver accurate punching for our clients projects. Whether you need stainless steel, aluminium or mild steel punched, or lasered, we can help and have a wide range of punch tooling available.
We continually invest in new machinery to ensure we are at the forefront of technology, with fabrication facilities including 3 press brakes, guillotines and welders, a flying optic laser and combination laser and punching machine (with load and unload mechanisms). We can also offer Night-Shift production and “Lights-Out” production.
We provide a one-stop shop, including design, finishing and painting treatments, meeting the highest standards in all our work.
