EXITFLEX high pressure Thermoplastic Hoses are suitable for:-

HYDRAULICS, WATER JETTING and PAINT SPRAYING

EXITFLEX take particular care with the braiding technique of theirhose range. The technologies employed provide accurate controlover the characteristics required for different hose grades.

Wire braided reinforcement is of woven high tensile carbon steelbraids which give the hose its great strength and ensure 100%electrical continuity throughout the hose. High specification textilebraided hoses are also in the range for use where conductivity isnot required.

Top quality materials used in the manufacture of EXITFLEX hoses,combined with Swiss know how, gives an extra strong light weighthose having excellent abrasion and cover wear resistance inaddition to tolerance to a great many chemicals, solvents and water.

Textile braided hoses are available both in conductive and non-conductive varieties. The range in particular has excellent lay flatcharacteristics and superior pulsation absorption capabilities.

EXITFLEX is suitable for continuous use with many solvents,however it is recommended that final selection should be made after consulting the EXITFLEX chemical resistance chart or afterconsultation with your EXITFLEX distributor.

EXITFLEX ‘38’ Series Airspray Gun Lances do not feature needles and thus require a different technique in use. In practice,they provide a positive affordable solution to users where a slim, lightweight extension is required for paint spray or waxapplication into difficult to reach areas inside tubes or confined spaces

The Lances are 3mm thick wall aluminium tubing as also used with the EXITFLEX airless spray extension items, this makes iteasy for you to stock for air spray or airless spray applications.

Modular Colour Change System 250 Bar MWP

The system comprises a modular manifold in stainless steel arranged vertically to accept colour changevalves mounted horizontally.Alternative manifold arrangements are also available including single piece up to 8 valves and a radialto accept 6 valves.Each colour change valve is opened and closed pneumatically (The pneumatic control system is notincluded, as many prefer to supply this themselves. We can quote upon request)

The colour or fluid enters from the supply at the CCV inlet, passes through the modular manifold andexits at the base of the manifold column.

When calculating a system price remember to include 1 valve for solvent in addition to the number ofvalves corresponding to the number of colours. e.g. a 4-colour system as an example will feature 5valves.

Each panel comprises a case of suitable minimum dimensionshousing a rotary colour selection valve, solvent/off/colour switchand double acting pneumatic valves to provide fast actingvariable control of the colour valves.
