As our summer comes to an end, and we enjoy this beautiful fall weather, many of us arecleaning out our flower beds and leaves to get our yards ready for the winter months. Thankyou for helping to make our community tidy and clean! Please remember that the CommunityHall garbage bin is for Community Hall use only. The City garbage trucks will take yourrecycling, cardboard, and leaves. If you have something large or any electronics, please takethose items to the Eco Station.
We had beautiful flower pots in front of our Community League Hall again this summer, whichwere designed and nurtured by Mrs. Chrystian (with the help of Mr. Chrystian!). Thecompliments I received were that the pots were STUNNING! A lot of work and tender lovingcare went into looking after these over five months. THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR TIMEAND CARING!
On a different note, we need to be proactive in protecting our community and our homes. Ifyou see something suspicious, (strangers checking car door handles or walking into yards)please call the Police at 780.423.4567, non-emergent line. When the options come up, press#2 for a new complaint, then press #8 for “other”, then press #1. Please do your part to helpkeep our community safe!
Happy Holidays! Janice Gargas, President.
