We take great care in grooming & training our analysts so that they have a strong understanding in various methodologies and types of projects. We believe that there is nothing better than an on job training while constantly shadowing and evaluating the training needs of each individual.

Project level training:

Extensive training is provided to analysts on each project till the time there is any doubt. Role plays and mock calls are done before every project to ensure there is enough understanding

on the objective of the project. Call recordings from projects, varying in complexity, subject matter and geographies are played to

familiarize all new hires with techniques, accents, and to test their listening skills. Mentoring and shadowing is done for the interviewers who are new to a project by quality team

members.

Feedback delivery:

One on one feedback is given to each analyst and areas of improvement are earmarked. Once development areas have been identified, all interviewers are required to attend relevant

training modules. These include training on oral communication, pronunciation, call handling, objection handling, survey techniques etc.

A quality score is generated for each project and gets added to his / her performance evaluation.
