Offers the installer a fully welded systemup to the hydrant flange.

Eliminates the need for mechanical jointsthus enhancing pipeline performanceand longevity.

Flanged raising piece is pupped to 450mmlength to allow the operator to size stackheight and cut to size for exact distancebetween hydrant outlet and manhole cover.

The duckfoot bend is 90mm because of thepreference for 80mm sized fire hydrants,therefore for mains sizes 63, 110, 125, 160 and180mm we recommend reducing/increasingbefore the bend with the use of a spigot reducer.

Reduces the need for stocks of double flangedraising pieces.

One boxed kit reduces component stockingrequirements and aids stores managementat point of job/project allocation.Reduces installation time by decreasingthe number of bolt sets.

Full faced flange has a moulded-in facialarrow to ensure correct alignment of mainwith the hydrant outlet.

Manufactured from PE80 material and rated to 12.5 bar pressure.

Full performance and torque testing dataavailable via local distribution outlet.

Hydrant Branch Saddle installation eliminates theneed to cut the pipe - ideal for coils up to180mm.

Main can be laid and hydrants retrofitted.

For re-lined mains, these kits allow theinstaller to reduce the excavation area forthe hydrant installation and therefore reducereinstatement costs and installation time.

For larger sized mains the kit offers a neat,quicker and smaller installation thanpreviously available.

The kit should be used in conjunction with a non - pressure drill, this ensures the coupon and swarf is retained within the drill and not as debris within the main.
