The definition I found on the internet for Stalking is: Stalking is aterm commonly used to refer to unwanted attention by individuals (andsometimes groups of people) to others. Stalking behaviors are related toharassment and intimidation. ...THE I CHING CONTAINS ALL OF THE CIRCUITS REQUIRED TO TAKE

CONTROL OF A TELEPHONE SYSTEM BEFORE A COMPANY THAT

THINKS IT HAS CONTROL OF THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM, CAN DO

ANYTHING.

THERE WAS NEIGHBOR OF OURS, THAT FIXED TV SETS FOR A LIVING

THAT LIVED ON 14 COURT, WHO SAID HE WORKED FOR AT&T. BUT DID

NOT. WHY DID HE LIED TO US, CHILDREN, IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TOKNOW TO THIS DAY.While this is a pretty good definition it does not consider the use of the telephone system as

a way to stalk someone. What this definition neglects to realize is that there is a way to

stalk someone simply using a telephone. The question is how is it possible to stalk someone

using just a telephone if the person doing the stalking is no where in the vicinity? I think

there might be two answers that could be considered provable. One answer would be the

use of some sort of satellite, and the other would be the 4th dimension. If you consider the 4th

dimension like the person, in the 1800s, that wrote Flatland then you would see that the

4th dimension has to include the first, second, and third dimension in order to be the

Fourth dimension.

Just after we moved to Ft Lauderdale, in 1955, that started happening in our household.

The question that I am sure is going to ask now is; if you did not participate in any special

training program why did it happen in our household? The best answer I have is that

electromagnetic is why our household, and not the one next door is the reason for it

happening. If anyone can understand the word mind in the true sense of the word, and

realize that it is in fact what the Bible or Babel describes as soul then you can see how we

are in fact connected, in some way to something much larger than ourselves.. If we are, and

I am sure we are then there must be a way to distinguish one type of mind from another.

That is the only way I can describe, without going into philosophical discussions about

what the mind is, and why someone that was a complete stranger to Mike knew who he

was, and why a piece of mail came to our household in 1957.

Just after that piece of mail came to our household, and I think Mike had been told in

advance that it was coming, even though I did not know about it. What Mike did not

realize I dont think, or maybe he did was that our mom had opened before he opened it,and then sealed back up by using a steam iron.

Just about that time I noticed something happen on my way home from St Anthony s

school, in first grade, which for someone that was doing this thought that I was Roger who

was 15 years old at the time. As I was going home a school bus that was only for children

ages 7 through 12 allowed teenagers that were 15 years old from Stranahan High School on

the bus. They knew who I was when they got on the bus, even though I had no idea who

they were, and proceeded to laugh and make jokes until they got off at their stop. Whey

they got off at their stop one of them walked off as though he was an animal or something. I

guess he thought, maybe because someone told him to do just that that crawling on all

four's as though you were an animal was a funny thing to do. I guess the person that Mike

had already met, Neil, had brought a dog from Boston. Mike somehow thought that whathe was seeing on the document that had been sent to our house was some sort of orders he

had to live by so he went out and bought a hamster because the picture that someone had

put on the document of the dog that Neil bought might have looked like a hamster to Mike.

Then Mike having spent his own money for a hamster he thought he was buying for me,

even though I had no idea why he had bought the hamster lost his temper one day just

because of a very minor thing. Mike had gotten the wrong impression by a long shot, and

Neil and Pam were not gong to tell him even though they knew who I was but I did not

know who they were,and they knew I did not know who they were.

On that day it got back to our mom what had happened, and she just did not know what

to do. There was a document that had been sent to our house describing the Holocaust, and

the Nazi Party, that had been translated from French to English, and she could not do

anything about it. I need to say that I was not aware of the document even being in the

household let alone being able to read it at seven years old. I have put this together in

the last 18 years myself, and myself only. Mike had been told. by Pam, living about

three miles from our house, and planted in the same grade as Mike, to control Mike

until our mom died. He had also been told by Pam that it was possible for me, his

youngest brother, that I was entitled to three wishes. Since my had found out the

document existed, and knew that I felt as though her son me, at five years old

did not like having birth defect like ears that were too big she decided through

Mike to ask by calling to ask if she could have one of the wishes for her son.

She figured out that I felt as though the birth defect was bothering me by giving

me a choice at nap time as to what book I wanted read to me. When I always, at

five years old chose the Ugly Duckling she just had to do something. My dad,

and our family, living on the salary of an Engineer just could not afford the

cost of plastic surgery in the 1950's since it was not covered on his heath

insurance. Whatever numbers were called, and this was always done behind

my back, said no to the wish Mike was told I was entitled to. I have gotten off

the subject of stalking obviously, but I think it is extremely important when an

envelope comes to a household in the 1950's that no one understands why it

is even there, and Mike is told by two children living three miles from our

household in Ft Lauderdale that me (Paul D Gates) knows what it is even

though I cannot even read a book, and was never even asked whether I knew

what the document was. In fact it was never even shown to me. For what it is probably

not worth much to two people that are still living in this country, but should not be

after what they did to our home, and family and yet had the nerve to live in thesame household after our mom, and my dad's first wife passed away.

My parents had the plastic surgery done anyway by giving up things they

needed. My mom was also suffering from a heart condition at the time, also

She had had to give up something she cared about a great deal as a teenager because

of the heart condition. The doctors in Dayton told her that the heart condition caused

by Rheumatic Fever, made riding horses something she should not do anymore.

She gave her boots to Mike in Ft Lauderdale, and never rode horses again.

After my mom had been told that the wish that Pam, Neil and Eleanor told her

that the money for the plastic surgery was not something they could do for me,

even though at the time I did not even know it was being asked for me my

mom and Mike did not know what to do. My mom called whatever number wason the document and she told them that; I do not know who my son is, all I know

is that he is not a Nazi.

Getting back to the stalking that was being done to me, without me knowing it

was even being done, occurred when I went to visit a neighbor of ours that lived

at the end of 14th court, and had a trampoline for children to jump on. I had used

the trampoline several times before, but on this day someone called on the telephone

while I was jumping on the telephone and told someone in the household that I needed

to leave because somehow in trouble, and should not be there. It was then that my mom

found out about what happened and told someone that called and asked if Paul (ME) was

in any trouble for doing anything. She apparently could not figure out why they

were asking that because she knew who I was, and told them that "I was the nicest

person you would ever want to meet" Just after that day, Neil, Pam and Eleanor, who I had

yet to meet, even though they had told Mike I knew who they were had the Svetlick's

move into the neighborhood, and gave them the money to open a trampoline franchise.

Mike was called, and told to take me down to their house and visit with David

Svetlick who was my age, about eight years old. I did not know why Mike was taking

me to meet David. David, by the way, still lives in Florida, and is the President of

a local electrical union now. I think he has gotten in a little trouble for not handling

union members pensions correctly.

I seem to be getting side tracked a lot but it seems like those things are important

to what was happening at the time.

The next time I recall that stalking was an issue was when I went over to see if a

person who I thought, and so did my mom, was at home. My mom had helped me

meet new people when we moved to Ft Lauderdale. Some how she had found out

that another boy child, my own age was living at the household, and told me to go

over and talk to him. By the time I went over to see if he was there I had known

his dad and his mom for about a year. So they knew who I was, and yet on that

day I was going through the back door of the garage where Mr Bridges fixed

TV sets, and the phone in his shop rang, and the question was asked something

like "is everything alright there" we have a footprint. I am sure that it did

not make any sense to Maurice at the time, but apparently they were telling

people in the neighborhood that they were the FBI or something. They were

not prank calls. They knew where I was, and could tell where I was at just as

though they had created a little world that included the whole neighborhood.

This may not mean much to anyone, but the person that answered the phoneis no longer alive. But, he had a Ham radio license, and used it in the

neighborhood. On several occasions he tried to convince Mike and I to

study Morse code to pass the test for being a Ham radio operator. His

call letters for his Ham radio were K4JOG. That stood for K 4 Jolly Old

Goat. (SATAN) Capricorn.

After that day my mom wanted some answers as to why this continued, and

got an answer in 1959, when I was coming home from someone else's home.

Up until that day she thought that what was going on was something I had control

of, and for that reason did not take it very seriously. But on that day she found

out how serious it was, and I was not the person controlling anything. Just as

I was coming through the door of 1458 SW 19th Ave the phone rang. I rememberthe look on our mom's face just like it was yesterday. It was a look of horror. She

just could not figure out how a telephone system could follow me around, and know

any telephone number of any house I was at, but she saw it happen. Mike even

repeated the conversion that had been said. The words that were said were: "He

has to stay in the program". Mike just never figured out who "HE" was, and thought

I was "HE", and since I had not done anything to deserve this it had apparently been

asked for me, in Mike's mind I was HE, to be taken out of this. That was the last

call I recall in which I was close enough, or had an immediate reaction that I have

had to put together myself without any document to work from. Our mom passed

away about 2 1/2 years after that incident. On her death bed she told Mike that

he had missed something, and gave Mike a note that she expected him to follow

through after she had passed away. The note read something like; "Please wake

your brother up for school" My world came to a crashing halt when our mom

passed away. I cared a great deal for that mom, and she cared a great deal for

all of her children and her husband. Unfortunately, I never really got to know of

communication with my mom, because I was so introverted I just could not talk to

people. I suffered from a lot of allergies, and even had an epileptic seizure at

eight years old that I guess almost killed me. No one told me that it happened

because, I guess, it showed up on the document that was in our household, and

for that reason Mike who everyone in the household thought knew everything

because he was directly from the person running the show himself (NEIL) who I had

yet to meet or talk to, told him that I was the one writing the document.

Instead of Mike heeding what our mom had told him on her death bed he

proceeded to tell our dad that he had to meet someone that was living with

Pam, and Neil. So, with me in the back seat, Mike had our dad drive over

to their house, and asked directions the whole way, and turning to me thinking

I knew where they lived. Mike had been reading Neil's life as though it were

mine, and just could not figure out I had no idea who they were, and why were

driving over to their house in the first place. The first time we went over there

turned out to be a disaster, and just continued to get worse. As we were leaving

that night our dad went to look for his car, that had been leased by Martin

Marietta for him to drive had been stolen. For some reason Mike thought

that I had something to do with it, and I am not sure why. My brother

Roger and his girlfriend Pat told him he was crazy, and they were right.

I do not understand to this day why Mike thought that it was otherwise.After our dad married Eleanor M Austin Donnelly I quickly found out

who the stalker was. I unfortunately had to share a bedroom with Neil.

Every night for at least a year or more he would wake me up out of

a sound sleep and tell me it was time to go to school. It was always

about 12 midnight he would do that using the note our mom had left

behind to do it. He took the note from Mike to do that. Not only did he

wake me up on purpose by running feathers over my ears as a form

of torture, but with the premeditation of a killer, hit me over and over

until there were bruises all over my arms. Then took me out on the side of

the house one night and said this is how you become a psychopath. He (Neil)

then set up a call that would come to our household when I was out of thehousehold in a 5 and 10 cent store with him The person he had call Mike though

is something I think is important, because Neil knew him, and he was the only

person in the household that did as far as I know, it was the person that, I guess,

as a joke put an article in LIFE magazine about Dr Patrick Flanagan. The person

obviously was not Dr Patrick Flanagan, but he did come to the 5 and 10 cent store

in 1963, and repeat words that he had just heard over a telephone call, that is; "I am

going to kick your ass" . I wonder what happened to that guy? I would guess there had to

have been some investigation regarding that article by maybe the FBI. He may have even

taken the blame for something that was actually Neil's fault. There is one other thing that I

need to mention that happened, and I know it did because Mike started calling Neil

Cornelius, even though I was not around when this happened. Someone came to the door of

5251 SW 4th Court, and showed Mike a picture of Neil. But then asked if Cornelius

Vanderbilt was there? It seems weird that would happen in the

first place, but to have John Hinkley shot Ronald Reagan, and kill James Brady

with his parents working for Vanderbilt Energy Company is a very weird thing to

say the least. There is one other incident that I need to mention that happened at 5251

SW 4th Court that I thought was unusual at the time. Since I had to share a bedroom with

Neil I saw some of things he did, and one of them just did not make sense he listened to

Mike's telephone from another bedroom because all of the bedrooms had telephones in

them. This is what happened: I actually saw Neil Donnelly listen to Mike's telephone call

from another bedroom . I think Neil knew the telephone call was coming to Mike, as a

matter of fact it is the only way he would have known to pick up the phone to listen

specifically to Mike's call. He even did it so Mike would not know he was listening from

another bedroom.

My dad's job was made obsolete because Martin Marietta did not need engineers

that specialized in sewer systems anymore because that had become a government

based contract company so my dad was forced, along with Pam, Neil, Mike, Eleanor

Bryan, and me to move to Columbus, Ohio. He just could not stand leaving the warm

weather of Florida even though he had lived in the cold weather of Dayton until he was

over 30 years old.

I was still in the dark as to what was happening, and continued to be in the dark until

I was over 40 years old. It was not until I was about 42 years old, which was convenient

since our mom passed away when she was 42 years old. About that time, when I was

working at TIME market research someone that was driving me to work brought in

a document that had the CIA and NSA listed on it. I just could not figure out why she hadbrought it in to market research company where we did phone surveys. But, since she had

been nice enough to give me a ride to work rather than having to ride the bus I pointed to

the NSA, as a joke. Then a person by the name of Susan Ramsey Nelson moved into a

a white trash neighborhood I had been living in for about 16 years. One day she told me

out of the blue that she knew Paul Hogan. I guess she was talking about the famous movie

star, I could not figure why she was telling me that either. Then the neighborhood

proceeded to make my life miserable, as if it wasn't already. The person that was suffering

from anorexia stopped driving me to work, and for that reason I could not work there

anymore. Then Eric Schwing who had tracked me down using the document that was sent

to our household, and me being controlled to be living on 16th ave, which someone had fit

together with me jumping on a trampoline on 16 street in Ft Lauderdale, and fooled Ericinto believing something that was completely wrong, and continued to fool Eric the whole

time he was in Columbus. Eric even accused me of being a part of the assassination plot

that assassinated John Kennedy and Martin Luther King. So I was left without a job, but

found another one working for a consulting firm that did market research also. They had

me do some other things also they were working on a state issue that would allow other

judges to decide who was going to be judge because they were supposedly the only people

had a good enough idea who their fellow judges were they would be the best ones to

elect them. I had no interest in politics at all. Paul Gerson Jr and his mother were the

political types that caused my dad to be blamed for something that happened in Florida.

Then about a year after I started working there, and they acted like I had only started

working there to earn there dollar a signature state issue, I lost my job because it was

only part-time. Phil Craig got in trouble in the last few years for his petitioning in the

Cincinnati area, I guess it figures doesn't it. So, after I lost my job, and i walking home

to my apartment on Maynard Ave, they had people come out of their houses on

Patterson ave and act like they were doing road surveying, like my dad had done

in Dayton, not the market research surveying I was doing. I found one more job with

a temp service, and it was the last job I would ever have in Columbus, and it was at the

State Office Tower near where Susan Nelson worked, who thought I was Mike Gates, as a

paralegal. While I was working there two guys, that were complete strangers came

into the bathroom and said "we at Not re Dame do things backwards". I think they might

have gotten me confused with someone whose initials were N. D., as in Neil Donnelly, who

at that time did not even know where he was living and as far as I was concerned never

wanted to again.

When that was over, and Susan Nelson had moved to another address, after she had

lied to the police, and said I had broke into her apartment which caused the helicopter

squad to fly over the Maynard ave building. I did not know Susan Nelson, but apparently

she thought she knew me. With that the telephone stalking started, and then is when I

realized something was wrong that I had never been told about. I lost my telephone at

384 East Maynard and started using pay phones. Not only can someone stalk someone with

a phone calling a house where I am at, because people never figure out that just because

you are at a particular house where a call is coming to does not mean you are a part of

what is going on. It is a trick that no one not even, the most sophisticated technology can

figure out. There is something that was at the site about neurophones called Martian

Mind Meld that comes close to doing what I am describing. As I was saying I was using

pay phones, and even pay phones can be broken into as easily as toys. They areelectromagnetic devices also you know. So I would put my money in the pay phone

to call someone, and just about the time the call would go through my money would

he taken and the call disconnected. That happened at least 4 or 5 times at different

pay phones. I do not think there is anyone that would not be slightly scared if that

happened to them. When I started at the IRS someones voice out of thin air said

"I scared you didn't I". I think they were saying it to the wrong person though.

I think they had said to Mike when Mike was eleven years old in Ft Lauderdale.

With that I decided I did not have any choice but to leave Columbus even though

I did not have a car, nor money. I had definitely not done anything wrong even

though the Columbus Police hounded me everyday acting like I was going to

steal from a grocery store or rape someone. The telephone stalking continuedthe whole time I was riding my bicycle at 42 years old with everything I could

carry in a red bag. Every small town I went through they would have people wave at

me as though I knew who they were, or i deserved this in some way.

Since I have been in Cincinnati I can mention at least 4 or 5 incidents in

which stalking was the issue, and at least 3 others that happened prior to

me coming to Cincinnati on my way up the east coast in a 1987 VW Rabbit.

The most recent in Cincinnati was two winters ago when two people with

cell phones in hand helped me get my car unstuck from in front of this building

They were looking at their cell phones the whole time they were helping me. The

reason it was stalking was they had gotten a call from someone, probably not even

in this country telling them help the person at 2467 Madison they had a Mexican blanket

to help my car to get enough traction, and they stated it was a Mexican blanket. The

incident prior to that one was at Madison House where a girl had a cell phone,and was

not even supposed to be in the building asked the front desk clerk where 2467 Madison

Road was at. She knew where 2467 Madison Road was at and she knew she was at 2324

Madison Road

WHETHER WE REALIZE IT OR NOT THE SO CALLED AQUARIAN AGE WE ARE

HEADED FOR IS GOING TO BE THE WORST KIND OF 1984 THIS PLANET HAS

EVER SEEN. THE TECHNOLOGY THAT WE THINK MAKES US BETTER

THAN OTHER CREATURES WAS PLANNED A LONG TIME AGO, IF YOU ARE

TALKING IN HISTORICAL TERMS. IF YOU ARE TALKING IN REAL TERMS THEN

THE TECHNOLOGY THAT WE THINK IS SO SPECIAL WAS PLANNED IN A WINK

OF AN EYE.

NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHO ORIGINALLY CREATED THE ZODIAC. BUT

THERE ARE SYMBOLS FOR ALL OF THE ZODIAC SIGNS, AND THE AIR SIGNS

ARE THE ONLY SIGNS THAT HAVE HUMAN FIGURES AS SYMBOLS. BUT THEY

ARE ALSO ALL ASSOCIATED WITH DUALITY OF SOME SORT. I THINK HOW
