1. Brand Purpose

Bui ld ing your brand around an inspirat ional core purpose is the KEY to bui ld ing a strong brand that attracts your ideal customers. But giving yourself, your team and your tr ibe a core purpose, you are fuel l ing everyone with the a reason for exist ing, your making your brand experience more meaningful and pass ionate f i l led for everyone involved.

TIP: Knowing your purpose and being able to art iculate it c lear ly to your tr ibe is one of the most empowering things you can do! This should be a one l iner – very c lear and succinct.

2. Vision and Mission

Now that you know your PURPOSE – we need to art iculate that into a miss ion and a vis ion for your brand. How can you take the purpose of your brand and create a miss ion/vis ion that you can inspire the masses with?

Example: My vis ion is a community of women empowered with the sk i l ls and resources then need to create their own empowering brands. My miss ion.

3. Brand Motto

Your brand motto gives you, your team, and your customers an inspirat ional idea to ra l ly around.

Examples of great mottos include Facebook’s “Move fast and break things”, New York State’s “Ever upward” and Harley Davidson’s “L ive to Ride, Ride to L ive.” Your motto should be the core of your brand strategy, decis ions, behaviors and messages.

What does your company stand for? Through art iculat ing your core values, what makes you t ick and what is important in every interact ion you design with your brand, we are sett ing the pr inciples upon how you operate.
