Last year we carried out:
38 renewal inspections
37 interim inspections
10 initial (new centre) inspections
Handled 510 incidents
This was easily the best actual inspection I have experienced since I became MD in 1996. It was a very useful dialogue which highlighted some deficiencies of which we were unaware.
