Introduction of heroes.

Heroes is a American Sci-Fi drama series. It was made by Tim Kring. Heroes started in America on the

25th

of September 2006 on NBC. De series tells a story of different persons who thought

that they were just like everyone else until they woke up with extraordinary gifts like

telepathy, to be able to travel trough time and space and to fly. De characters with gift soon

find out that they play a big role in providing a catastrophe and in saving the human kind.

The series follows the writing style of American comics by the brief, including multiple

episodes, storylines, arising from the larger, all -encompassing narrative. Kring said he knows

where he wants to go with the series for the next five seasons.

When the series premiered in the United States, that night was the most watched program

among adults aged 18 to 49 years. A total of 14.3 million people watched, it became the

most-watched first episode of a drama production of NBC for the last five years.

On October 6, 2006 NBC made director Kevin Reilly announced Heroes would get a full

season. On January 17, 2007 was Reilly announcedHeroes season gets half. This was

launched on September 24, 2007 in America

The series was broadcast from June 21, 2007 in the Netherlands, RTL 5. RTL has an

agreement with NBC Universal, the studio that produces heroes. In addition, the series only

be viewed in the Netherlands in 2007 when it will be broadc ast by the British public canal

BBC Two. In Flanders the series aired on VT4. This sent the first episode on March 5, 2007.

The second series began on March 3, 2008. The third seaso n began on Thursday, March 12,

2009. BBC Two began on April 24, 2008 with the second series. Since October 1, 2008 is

shown on BBC Season 3 Two. Het fourth season started on September 21, 2009 in America

on NBC.

Because of the disappointing ratings, the series was put stop after 77 episodes and 4

seasons. First there was a film after the last episode, but those plans were quickly put away

again, making a final end to the series

The character

The characters that are most importent are:

i Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere), she is a teenage girl with the ability to heal itself (cell

regeneration).i Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman), the adoptive father of Claire Bennet. He works at Primatech

Paper Company. He also works for The Company.

i DL Hawkins (Leonard Roberts), an escaped criminal, he can go through solid objects move.

He is the husband of Niki and father of Micah Sanders. By his agent was shot when he was

an alter ego of Nikki, Gina went to get in LA.



i Isaac Mendez (Santiago Cabrera), a painter who lives in New York, he can paint future

events during a trance. He also writes and draws a comic series called "9th Wonders".He is

in the episode .07% killed by Sylar, who then his ability to paint the future record.

i Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka), a programmer from Tokyo with the ability to manipulate

space-time.He can time travel, time stop, accelerate or decelerate and teleport.

i Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg), a Los Angeles policeman with a telepathic powers so he

can hear people's thoughts. He is married to Janice Parkman. Mental manipulation in season

2 also shows his ability to hear.

i Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar), a congressman from New York who can fly. He is the

biological father of Claire Bennet. In the final episode of the firs t season, he flies away with

the run-beaten Peter. Nathan recovers from the explosion of Peter by the blood of Adam

Monroe. In episode 11 of season 2 Nathan is shot when he publicly that he wants super

powers. His mother ordered this assassination. In leak ed images of the third season to see

Peter Petrelli from the future did it. [10] He is killed by Sylar in the last episode of season 3.

i Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia),a former nurse and the younger brother of Nathan. He

has an empathic gift by which he is able to absorb the gifts of others while he's around, he

can call this ability by focusing on his feelings about the person from whom the gift is from.

i Micah Sanders (Noah Gray-Cabey), DL and Niki's son and a child prodigy, Micah is a techno

path: he can manipulate machines and electronics.

i Niki Sanders (Ali Larter), the wife of DL and mother of Micah. A former internet stripper

from Las Vegas, she has superhuman strong when her alternate personality, Jessica, takes

over. In the final episode, her personalities together and possesses the superpower itself. Is

the last episode of season 2 slain by an explosion when she rescues Monica Dawson.

i Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy), a genetics professor from India. He travels to

New York to the death of his father, Chandra Suresh, to investigate. Through his research he

came into contact with people that his father had described as people who possess

supernatural gifts.

i Ando Masahashi (James Kyson Lee), a colleague and friend of Hiro Nakamura, with out a

special gift. He traveled with him to America. (In season 3 gets the gift of gifts to empower

others)

i Sylar (Zachary Quinto), a pseudonym of the former watchmaker Gabriel Gray. He seems to

understand intuitively how things work. He has many gifts, he kills people with abilities to

understand them and thus use by themselves.

i Angela Petrelli (Cristine Rose), mother of Nathan and Peter Petrelli. She has the gift of her

dreams in the future to see and has previously killed people unnecessarily



Season 1: Genesis.

The first four episodes of the first season revolved around characters discovering their gifts

and their dealings with these gifts.

At the end of the fourth episode something happened that was the kickoff for the second

storyline that revolved around the message received by Peter Petrelli, "Save the

cheerleader, save the world" (Save the cheerleader, save the world) that is connected to the

pre explosion. At the end of this storyline, the characters gradually their gifts and the

existence of others like them discovered. Some began to realize that they must work

together to prevent a catastrophe.

During the development of the characters from the first season and the discovery of other

like them, the story changes in how they should avoid the explosion seen inHiro's journey to

the future and in the paintings of Isaac and the role play different characters in it to stop this

disaster or damage.

In the later episodes is known that the special abilities are already known. A group of

influential people (including Angela Petrelli, Charles Deveaux, Mr.. Linderman and Kaito

Nakamura) wants to use these gifts for the "healing" of the world. Later, the group falls

apart because of disagreements over the way forward. Linderman and Petrelli to a

catastrophe (a nuclear explosion in New York) to unite the world, and Deveaux against

Nakamura. The group splits after each goes ahead. Of this group possess at least two gave

themselves: Mr.. Linderman and Charles Deveaux cure can detect invisible people.

Season 2, Generations

September 24, 2007 was started in America and starts.

The second season begins in the story four months after the end of season 1.

Peter Petrelli wakes up in a container in Ireland and can not remember who he is or how he

has come. He is found by McKenna and his friend Ricky, 2 Irish criminals who take him to

their hideout. Here he meets Caitlin, Ricky's sister, he falls in love with her. Peter comes little

by little that he has great abilities. Ricky has a box with the things that Peter had on him

when they found him and Peter wants a job in return for him improves. Meanwhile, Peter

sought by Elle, a woman the gift of electricity to shoot. She finds shelter and kills Ricky

Peters and his partner. He is hiding with Caitlin, where he paints a picture of him and Caitlin

for a department store in Montreal. In the box they find a ticket to Montreal. Once there,

they discover an empty building where only one post it is showing: "We were right about th e

company, we must stop them, Adam." Peter teleports himself with Caitlin to the future

where he learns that he is dead along with 93% of world population affected by a deadly

virus unleashed to have died. Here he met his mother and remembers a little of w ho he is.

He is teleported back to the present time without Caitlin and meet an old friend ...

In a Mexican town flights Alejandro Herrera and his sister Maya Herrera of the police. When

Maya is panicking everyone around her spontaneously dead, only Aleja ndro can undo. They

flee the country towards Dr. Suresh she knows from a book. They meet Sylar, who has lost



his gifts and wounded. He goes with them to America. Alejandro does not trust it ...

Niki leaves Micah to stay with his cousin Monica Dawson, who learns that she is talented in

everything she sees that they can perform. Nikki seems relieved of her alters and now works

for the Company in exchange for complete healing. Because Bob does not trust Mohinder,

he points to Nikki as his partner.

Hiro Nakamura has returned to 1671, the time of Takezo Kensei. He met the legendary

Takezo Kensei, but soon discovers that he is anything but a legendary hero but rather a

British drunkard who only fights for money. If zwaardsmeder Hiro realizes that Kensei is

abducted to rescue her to win the heart of his daughter and the legend to recover. This

interest is not Kensei and the daughter will have to search for her father. Dressed as Kensei

healed and go back with renewed courage to White Beard order to rescue Yaeko's father.Hiro and Kensei are good friends and together they can save zwaardsmeder, Hiro teleports

himself with Kensei Yaeko road while coming from behind. Yaeko realizes that Kensei is not

the one who rescued her and she kisses but Hiro, Kensei is furious and gives Hiro the Yaeko

zwaardsmeder and out to White Beard. Hiro is suspended over a pot of opium which he too

dazed to use his gift. By focusing succeed eventually, Hiro returns to the legend of Kensei to

restore but is stopped by the real Kensei. They fight together in a tent full of gunpowder that

catch fire. If the tent to explode to save Kensei Hiro, Kensei and Hiro refuses can just teleport

away in time. The legend of Kensei Yaeko promises to do all honor and Hiro teleports back to

the present.Meanwhile closes Nathan, who survived the blast, and Matt joined together they try to

figure out who killed Kaito Nakamura. They are finding that Maury Parkman, Matt's father,

the old group heroes and hear him suspect for the killings. Angel a Petrelli also gives the sign

that they will be killed. To prevent this, she gives herself as the killer. Matt and Nathan visit

Maury and discovering that he has the same ability as Matt, but find that it is much more

advanced. They discover that Bob wants to murder him and try to find out why ...

Meanwhile, Claire Bennet Noah and their families began a new life in another city. Here,

Claire discovered that not only can heal her limbs but also be able to grow again. At school

she meets her new boyfriend West Rosen, who has the gift to fly. Mohinder Suresh Noah

sends to "The Company" to operate as insiders. Noah is reunited with "The Hatian" and the

paintings of Isaac Mendez is trying to get hold of. Suresh finds out that Elle is the daughter of

Bob who has sent her out to find Peter. Together with Suresh trying to find Claire with her

blood can heal people. Mohinder joins The Company and opposes Noah.

Peter meets an old friend ... Takezo Kensei, who now uses the name Adam Monroe, it

appears after more than 400 years still be alive and gives a picture of Nathan and Peter tells



him what his brother is. Peter remembers everything and has teamed up with Adam

Monroe.

4 months before: after Peter exploded and has cured himself he brings Nathan to the

hospital severely burned. However, he is captured by The Company who promise to ensure

that his gifts can keep under control. There he meets Elle. His powers are checked by the

Hatian. He is locked up and he meets Adam Monroe, who also stuck, and become immortal.

Together they escape and they go to Nathan to give him blood from Adam to heal him. They

are found by the Company and the Haitian go back to Peter, the Haitian is not for the part of

the Company and Peters knew memory locks him in a container to protect him. N ikki goes to

Jessica for the Company to omit here. They will get medication. Unfortunately this failed

Jessica and Nikki is back and runs away from DL and Micah to party. DL goes after her to take

her back. When he found her, she is dancing with a man who did not want to let go and try

to save DL. DL used his gift and the guy blows him. He gives Jessica a photo of himself and

Micah and she turns back to Nikki. On their way out the man comes back and shoots down

DL.

Matt discovers that his gift goes beyond thoughts. He discovers he can make people do what

he wants. Matt goes to the prison to meet Angela Petrelli. Who would not tell him but

through his "new" upgrade let him tell you who the real killer is and why it is dangerous. He

further asks who the woman is the picture where all the old heroes on it. Despite its

upgrade, it refuses to say who she is because everything revolves around her and this is a big

secret ... At the end of the episode you see the picture, however, Parkman in there to hold

all the names of different people.

Seizoen 3: Villains (part 1) and Fugitives (part 2)

The season consists of two parts. The first being broadcast in 2008 and was titled Villains

them.

The second part, which consists of twelve episodes called Fugitives.

In one of the first episodes of the third season opened Level 5. Level 5 is the perfect setting

in which tech Villain are held. After all the doors opened all those people fled. That Villain be

reduced by including Noah Bennet, who first Syler himself in a cell was only the real mother

of Claire and The Hatian.

But in addition to Level 5, there are more players who want to catch the villains. Arthur

Petrelli during his illness has set up a company called company Pinehearst After Adam

Monroe to the father of Peter, Nathan and Syler, Arthur Petrelli, he has been given the

powers of Kensei and he comes back to life. That is where Adam really killed. Now Arthur

back to life is good, he expanded his business well and finish the unfinished formula. He does

this by asking Dr. Suresh.

Dr. Suresh has been injected in the beginning with an incomplete proprietary formula, so he



is changing. To counteract that change he is searching for the villain and to use that formula

to perfection. That works until the sister of Nikki and Nathan see him go, they warn Noah

Bennet. Dr. Suresh help from then Arthur Petrelli to perfecting the formula.

Hiro and Ando are instructed to formula saved the father of Hiro, and maintain safe not

open. They open the safe and well at that time, the super fast Daphne along and steals half

the formula. The other half is in the hands of Angela Petrelli, the owner of Level 5. Hiro and

Ando try to get the formula back, but can not. They get a different task: the prevention of

leakage of that formula, they do by Daphne to help and work for her.

Season 4: Redemption

Season four includes five volumes, Redemption, and contains 19 episodes that begin on

September 21, 2009 with a two-hour premiere. Season four takes place six weeks after the

events of season three. The heroes try to return to their normal lives, Peter ret urns to his job

as a nurse, while Claire goes to university. Sylar acquired skills begin to manifest as Nathan

struggles to retain its identity and consciousness of Sylar caught in thoughts of Matt

Parkman, tortures him to find his body. A carnival group i s introduced, led by Samuel

Sullivan (Robert Knepper). Samuel is trying to recruit more people with abilities. Samuel tries

to show the world that talented people are and should be feared by trying to thousands of

people in New York City murder. In the fourth season finale, "Brave New World," reveals

Claire the existence of people with special skills by jumping off a high Ferris wheel, the

ground, and then rise up and heal and in front of a group of reporters and photographers

regenerate. On May 14, 2010, N BC announced thatHeroes would return for fifth season,

due to the high cost of production and reduced ratings. There were plans for a movie whichis after the last episode of season 4 would occur, but in September 2010, NBC announced

not to proceed with a Heroes movie, creating a definitive end to the series came. The series

has an open ending ...

My opinion

I expected less than what I got from this series. It is really amazing. I love it when they use their

power to help others. The characters are exactly how I imagined. The thing that gave the most

impression were the abilities I saw and how they were done.

The sound and picture quality of cinema. what used to be television movies were kept

simple because of the limitations of TV - screen that is no longer necessary. The acting is

often very static. Quickly switch ensures that you hardly have the opportunity to bother you

there. Empathize with the characters remains difficult, but for lovers of not too in -depth

stories of paranormal cases Heroes feast.
