Special Travel Rewards for Mark Hughes Bonus Recipients: All Mark Hughes Bonus Recipients who attend the event will receive a $1,000 Travel Reward Special Announcement: Fully Qualified Supervisors who qualified with 7,500 R/O will receive $75 daily room credit at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort! • All Rewards amounts are stated in U.S. Dollars. • Hotel Room Rewards will be paid out via Royalty Overrides payment in February after January Royalty Process is complete.

Payments will be paid out in local currency. Room credit only applies to Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort during the event days, March 15–19. Appropriate room credit amount will be applied automatically to the room for qualified Members.

• $1,000 travel reward to Mark Hughes Bonus recipients will be paid out after the event Event and Promotion Rules: • STARS and Travel Rewards are only redeemable by Members who qualify and attend the 2016 Honors • STARS Experience and Travel Rewards are in U.S. dollars. • Founder’s Circle and Chairman’s Club are not eligible for STARS Experience and Travel Rewards. • Only Fully Qualified Supervisor who earn 4,000 Royalty Override Points must also qualify for the AWT Stars Experience AND must also

personally qualify for 2015 AWT. Members who earn 4,000 RO in one month, but do NOT accumulate three (3) downline AWT Stars and did not personally qualify for 2015 AWT are not eligible to attend the event.

• Members are solely responsible for any and all tax associated with their rewards. • Qualified members must stay at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort to receive the AWT STARS Experience rewards and/or room credit. • Members who qualify for this event may not bring a non-qualified Member(s) as a guest(s) or a paying participant. Only qualified Members are

allowed to attend this event. • Herbalife reserves the right to re-verify and re-validate Member qualifications up to and including the days of the event. • Each guaranteed star represents the first line non-TAB AWT contributors. Potential stars, within your first three levels, in separate legs, will only

be confirmed after the qualification period. • Passports, visas, proof of citizenship, expiration date of passport and all other travel documents required for the event are the sole responsibility

of the qualified Member and not Herbalife.  

Help qualify OR re-qualify 3 or more non-TAB to AWT 2015 within your first three levels, in separate legs. All Honors qualifiers who attend the event are eligible to qualify for STAR Rewards. The more STARS you have, the greater the rewards. 2015 AWT Promotion qualification dates are from January 2015 through December 2015.

Supervisors who earn 7,500 Royalty Overrides Points in one calendar month from March 2015 through January 2016 (checks paid April 2015 through February 2016) JUST ANNOUNCED: Any Fully Qualified Supervisors who earn 7,500 Royalty Overrides Points in February 2016 will be able to attend the event.

AND: All Fully Qualified Supervisors who earn 4,000 Royalty Overrides Points in one calendar month from March 2015 through January 2016 (checks paid April 2015 through February 2016) and MUST meet the following: 1) Qualify for the AWT Stars Experience AND 2) Personally qualify for 2015 AWT.
