In modern, technology-equipped facilities in Fayetteville, ourteachers have 20+ years experience of providing excellence in improving a student's confidence so a career - collegeachievement, is possible. 1 to 1 Tutor provides live, online, one on one Mathematics tutoring; our tutors communicate with students via a headset,microphone and cyber-tablet, which are provided to students free of charge. If a student does not have a computer and/orhigh-speed internet connection we will provide them for the duration of tutoring. Tutoring sessions generally take place 2-3times per week and each session typically 1 hour in length. We believe if a child attends our program regularly, we can help them. We have over 35 years of tutoring experience and ourprogram is designed with the highest regard for helping struggling learners. We tutor students in Kindergarten through 8thgrade in reading and math. Our professionally trained tutors, most of whom are certified teachers from the local school andcommunity, are trained to ensure that our students are always supervised. Our program is housed mainly in the local schoolswith local teachers, paraprofessionals and qualified staff hired to do the tutoring. To ensure scope and sequence ofskills taught through tutoring, our curriculum is aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards (GPS), the child's classroomcurriculum, and the master plan of each School District we serve, while employing a variety of research-based strategies. Ourprogram emphasizes 5 Reading strands and 5 Math strands. Frequent assessment and reporting progress are keycomponents of effective teaching and we present a progress report monthly to parents, teacher and school districts. Ourcompany administers a post test (Achieve) to determine student growth and curriculum strengths and weaknesses. ABOUTFACE! Reading has been teaching reading to students throughout the Southeast for 11 years and has been an SESProvider in Georgia for four years. Our reading lessons are designed using the five scientifically-based strategiesrecommended by the National Reading Panel to increase reading skills. Every student is pre-tested to determine their uniqueneeds and an Individualized Learning Plan is developed with teacher and parent input. Then, leveled books are chosen thatreflect each student's current reading abilities. As students' mastery increases, additional tests pinpoint remaining skill gaps.Learning Plans are then updated to fill those gaps. Finally, post-tests are administered to gauge student improvement. Eachchild receives approximately 20 hours of tutoring, usually 1 hour sessions, twice weekly. All of our pupils will move to the nextreading level or higher. Every child keeps every book they read. Achieve HighPoints CSRA is a Franchise of Achieve HighPoints which is a GA state approved SES provider for the last 4years. We are an online math tutoring program that helps students in Grades 3 through 12 improve their math skills. We offerstudents self-paced tutoring aligned to the state curriculum standards. Our program is available 24 hours a day 7 days a weekand students are required to complete 4 sessions each week. Each session is of l hour duration. Our virtual Math tutors allhave degress in Math or related fields.

Parents have written to us to say that Achieve HighPoints has successfully helped their children improve their math gradessignificantly. Achieve Success Tutoring (AST) provides up to 40 hours of tutoring for each student receiving SES services. Our sessions areeither conducted at the school facility or an alternate site such as a Boy & Girls Club, local church etc. We meet with student(s)2 - 3 times per week in 60 to 90 minute sessions. We focus on small group instruction with a 4:1 ratio. We require a minimumof five (5) students to provide services in a school district.

The AchieveResults Tutorial program was developed by a former mathematics university professor and middle school matheducator, and has a proven record for improving students academic achievement in reading and mathematics on the CRCT!The president of AchieveResults Tutorial has over 21 years experience in education and educational leadership, andAchieveResults Tutorial has successfully tutored students in Georgia and other states since 2003. All About Partners In Education has over 11 years of experience tutoring children in Georgia. Our company consists of fourstaff with degrees in education and three staff with extensive managerial experience. Our approach for instruction includesdirect hands-on to students in-home, one-one-one and small groups. Our small group is one teacher for every eight students.Sessions are held in schools, community center, libraries and places of worship. As part of our program, each student willcomplete a pre and post assessment test. The process for assessing and diagnosing student need will be addressed through apre assessment test along with school test scores and teacher/school input. This will determine the appropriate individualizedstudent plan (ISP). Once an ISP has been developed, each student will receive one to two hour sessions once or twice a weekto for a minimum of 20 hours. Our program uses researched based Ladders to Success- Reading and Mathematics andCoach Materials which are 100% aligned with Georgias state curriculum. Using a curriculum that is 100% aligned with statestandards has been shown to improve student achievement. These materials are designed to provide intervention to individualstudent needs through scaffolding lesson. Scaffolding lessons build basic skills that prepare students for state assessmentsand are tailored to each students ISP. The student will be tested halfway through the program to determine if he/she ismastering the skill. The tutor will collaborate with the parent/guardian and students teacher to develop a new ISP if the scoressuggest it. At the completion of the tutoring session a post test is given to determine if the student has mastered the skill andimproved his/her overall score. A final progress report will be sent to parent/guardian and school.

Alternatives Unlimited (AU) has been an approved vendor in several states over the past five years. According to collectedqualitative data, students demonstrated a more serious approach to engaging in classroom activities and showed confidence intaking standardized tests. Parents expressed satisfaction with their children's progress and the overall delivery of instruction.Our focus has been to assist students to improve academic achievement on state standards. Our model of instruction includessmall group instruction that is focused on pre-testing of all students. The optimal AU time on task for our tutoring session willlast two hours per day and takes place two days per week. AU does understand, however, that a two hour session may proveto grueling for the younger learners; therefore, AU is prepared to modify delivery with shorter sessions that meet more oftenduring the week. Our class size is typically 1:5 or specifically 1:1 for special populations. Usually all tutoring takes place at theschool site if space permits. Provided instructional materials include paper, pencil, rulers, technology and others whenapplicable.

Goals are written based on pre-test, parent, school and LEA documentation of student data. According to collected qualitativeand quantitative data, targeted students demonstrated academic growth on standardized tests. Parents receive weeklyupdates in either English or Spanish based on pretest assessments so that they understand the gains their child is makingfocused on the shared goals written at the start of the tutoring. All lessons taught to students include graphic organizers thatare provided by the tutor. The self-paced program is aligned to the Georgia Performance Standards (GPS) for grades K-5. It canbe used individually or in a small group. CPH has four years of on-line tutoring experience and has served the State of Georgias students since October, 2009.CPH provides an on-line tutorial program that is available 24/7--except during regular school hours--that follows the State ofGeorgias curriculum and testing requirements. Each lesson includes a Pre-and Post-test component and lessons are assignedbased on the students academic needs. While CPH recommends a minimum of completing 30 hours on-line, Georgiastudents using CPHs on-line tutoring have an average gain of 31% from December 1, 2009 to May 23, 2010 .

CPH provides a computer for the student to use in his/her home. The student must have Internet service to access the tutorialprogram provided by CPH. CPH does not limit the Students time on-line and requires payment from the LEA for all on-linetutorial time used until the contracted maximum hour-limit is reached. If the LEA has a per session, week, or month billable-hour-limit, then CHP will carry the excess hours from one billing period to the next until all excess hours are paid for, or thecontracts maximum billable hours are met. CPH does not charge an LEA for student hours in excess of the contractsmaximum. The LEA may be billed for hours short of a 10-hour minimum on-line per student. CPH has a Georgia 400-studentmaximum and an LEA 10-student minimum.

CPH will provide the LEA with various computerized reports that meet documentation requirements of GaDOE toattach to their SES forms, files and records. Invoices must be paid within 50 days of receipt or an extension requested inwriting to CPH president by the LEAs SES Director.

Program Summary:

EduTech Cognitive Therapy provides free on-line and off-line tutoring in reading and mathematics to K-12 students. Ourtutoring program utilizes a variety of fun and effective techniques that are proven to help increase the academic achievementlevels of all students, including those with special educational needs (e.g., LD, ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, at risk for failing, andELL-Spanish-speaking).

Our highly-qualifed tutors service students in schools, churches, provider site or in the home; and many are Sp. Ed. Certified.Students attend up to 6 hours per week, after school, weekends, also summer, and they receive a total of 32 hours of high-intensity tutoring in one-on-one or small group sessions. Tutors diagnose each student's needs, and prepare individualizedlearning plans that utilize direct tutor instruction and computer-based programs, designed to help increase academicachievement, and improvement learning and memory skills. Monthly progress is reported to parents and skills growth ismeasured at the end of the program.

Program Summary:

Empowerment of Minds Learning Centers provides customized tutorial services for students grades K-12. Tutoring is availablein Math, Reading, English/Language Arts. Empowerment of Minds is designed to close academic gaps, develop test-takingstrategies, and assist in preparing students for the Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT), Georgia High SchoolGraduation Tests (GHSGT), and Georgia Alternate Assessment (GAA) state mandated test.

Parents may choose our Saturday School, with Free Transportation and Free Lunch; Our Personalized one on one in hometutoring; as well as tutoring during afterschool and weekends, at other selected community sites. Empowerment of Minds smallgroup sessions fosters a safe secure environment that allows for academic growth, creativity, and character building. Ourtutors are certified teachers and other highly experienced educators. Students receive pre and post assessment test toindentify instructional level. Individual student skill gaps, strengths, and weaknesses are identified in an individualized studentplan. Students receive monthly progress reports to chart their strengths and weaknesses.

Program Summary:

Envision Learning has been tutoring and mentoring kids since 2006. In addition to other services, we provide online mathtutoring using (ALEKS) Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces, a web-based artificially intelligent assessment andlearning system.Our program is aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards GPS). Students using ALEKS consistently, result in testscores increasing and overall mastery of basic math facts.Following the initial assessment, ALEKS generates a pie chart to display student results. The report describes the studentscurrent knowledge of the subject and creates an (ISP) Individual Student Plan. Computer/Internet is provided for students whodo not have access.Students have the flexibility to tutor at home. We encourage 2-4 hours of tutoring per week. Students must complete aminimum of 35 hours of tutoring within the school year and the cost to District is $60.00 per hour. Students can continue totutor unlimited hours through the end of the school year.
