and another woman - who have

come out

of

one

of

the

New

Age Movement

groups in

the U.K.

group is very Satanic in origin. Each Thursday the

Age group. There

is concern

in

the

church

is hard to believe that in fifty short days, Jeanne and

vil l have been in Scotland for two years. Yes, we arrived in

Forre

on January

19th,

1990. I t seems so long ago in one

sense,

and l ike i

was yesterday in another. uch has happened

in the

time

tha t we hav

b e en h a r e

For those of you who haven t heard by now, Jeanne has had tw

surgeries since the middle of June.

On

June 19th, she had surgery

fo

a carpal

tunnel

problem in her right hand, which had been numb fo

over

a

year. I t i s fine

now On

August 30th, she had

hal f

of

he

thyroid

along

with

a tumor removed. Praise

the

Lord

that

she

is

almost toally recovered, and

that the

tumor was

NOT

malignant. I have

almost

totally

recovered

from my illness

of

last

year, having

just

the

occasional

bad

day. But then,

who

doesn t?

I postponed this, newsletter

for

a month so that we could

report

on

a

meeting that

we were

having

on November 16th 17th with

Dr.

Lewis

Foster,

a

professor a t Cincinnati Bible

Seminary. We

did

not

hold

that

meeting as Dr. Foster suffered a

heart

attack

on

November 15th

in

area

We

a re

thankfu l

t ha t

was not a

r e a l

severe

attack,

and

at last

word

he

was

resting

in

the

hospital.

Upon

his

release,

he

will

have

to stay in

this

country

for an additional few

weeks

before he can fly

home

Please pray for a speedy and complete

recovery

for

Dr.

Foster, and for

comfort

for his wife, Betty, emd the

famUy.

growth

in

our church

family.

No

much in numbers of new people, but

in

growth and commitment in

members

we

have. t

is

certainly not easy

to

reach people here,

when

you do, they are very loyal as a

rule. We

have

been

trying

target

young

families so that

we

can build a leadership. Please p

for our worJc here. We are running a consistent twenty to twenty-

Bible Study. The kids have written and performed two Bi

skits so far, with more in the

works. Once again

we are

going

concerts

at two nursing homes for Christmas on December 15th. We h

worked really hard making presents for them, and preparing

more

people, and

to

give myself a

better

cha

to minister to people, I have become a volunteer for the

R.D

Riding for the Disabled). We meet on Mondays

from

11:00 a.m.

about 3:00 p.m., and supervise four classes of about nine disabled

each class, in riding ponies. It is not only good physical therm
