Grafco Neubauer counting chambers are precision measuring instruments made of special optical glass with grids engraved into the surface of their bases, which appear to be dark when looking through a microscope and aid in accurate counting. Hemacytometers, also referred to as hemocytometers, haemocytometers, or haemacytometers, are used for accurate analysis of blood cells (counting leucocytes/ WBCs, erythrocytes/RBCs, and thrombocytes/platelets), dust and yeast clusters, algae, worm eggs, bacteria and fungus spores, and other specimen in suspensions under a microscope.
