TCS maintains the safety, comfort, and well-being of animals in designated work areas, providing
animals with clean water, food, and clean, dry bedding at all times. The Corporate Source team
scrubs and disinfects animal cages, dog runs, hallways, floors and walls in designated work areas for
airport facilities and other government/commercial spaces.
Day porters are there to support the tenants and guests to your facility during operational hours.
Each facility is unique and TCS will work with customers to meet their needs. Porters may have
assigned tasks as well as respond to emergency and last minute needs. Common porter services
include restroom restocking and sanitation; trash removal; cleaning and restocking of communal
areas (i.e. pantries, cafeterias, patios, break rooms); meeting setup/tear down; sanitizing high-traffic
areas.
MESSENGER AND COURIER SERVICES
Services include order picking, verification, and metering of daily orders, rushes, bulk/conference
orders, direct sale shipments, standing order releases, and back-order releases; complete car or van
deliveries.

TOTAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
The Corporate Source has trained staff ready to provide Disinfecting Services to prevent the spread
of coronavirus, flu virus and germs year round. TCS can provide a one-time service or a reoccurring
schedule to meet client needs. Service includes Electrostatic sprayers, pump/battery sprayers, or
manual spray processes. EPA approved disinfectants and adherence to CDC guidelines. High traffic
touch areas for disinfecting services include light switches, handrails, elevator buttons, door handles,
faucets, dispensers, phones and areas identified by customer needs.
Comprehensive property management services are available at commercial and government office
buildings, court houses, campus settings and other large-scale properties. Menu of customized TFM
services includes building maintenance, floor care (tile, carpet, hard surfaces and more available),
floor stripping, sealing and waxing services available, disinfection services (electrostatic and
traditional), landscaping (lawn and bed maintenance, pest and weed control, fertilization), snow
removal and seasonal maintenance to keep properties groomed and safe for building tenants and
visitors.
TCS provides an array of services to support all types of business operations, including mailroom
services, call center support and other business needs including data entry, document photocopying,
compiling and more.

of our services include order fulfillment, assembly, packaging and repackaging, shipping/receiving,
transportation, quality assurance inspection, and much more.
PORTER SERVICES
Janitorial Services including regularly scheduled green cleaning of office buildings, manufacturing
facilities, private schools, government facilities, commercial/group residential locations and more.
Seasonal and deep cleaning available to meet customer needs. TCS cleans more than 7 million
square feet of office space daily and has earned CIMS-Green Building with Honors Certification, the
top industry ranking due to our environmentally friendly best practices.
