Updates on Case – Posted July - 2015

Master. Abdul Baseer, GB Syndrome was successfully treated at Little Children's Hospital – HHF paid Rs 3 lacs for this case and boy was discharged last week from the hospital.

Mr. Abdullah a reverted brother was admitted in our panel hospital with Haemopytis and was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB and was medical managed for 4 weeks and discharged – HHF paid the bill of Rs 1 lac

Master. Moin Uddin diagnosed with Auto Immune Encephalopathy was treated at Rainbow Hospitals – HHF paid the medical management charges worth Rs 3.5 lacs and the boy was discharged end of Ramzan from the hospital.

Firdaus Begum, a 35 years old women underwent Renal Transplant at CARE hospital – HHF took care of her stay by renting out the premises, pre and post Operative investigations and Medicines and has so far given Rs 3 lacs worth of relief to her and her family.

Mr. Mohammed Habeeb Ullah Khan, 37yrs He accidentally fall from 2nd floor of Building while doing plumbing works and got head injurious, He was on Ventilator and later died. HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Accident Emergencies

Mr. Shamsheer, 34yrs RTA Case was admitted in KIMS with multiple fractures with liver damage and implants placement done. HHF has paid Rs. 50,000/-

Master. Mohammed Nizam, 2yrs Accidentally fall from 2nd floor of the building while playing. He was admitted in ICU for Medical Management in LOTUS Children Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Medical Emergencies

Mr. Dharam Prasad, 30yrs, migrated from Nepal for his treatment. He was diagnosed to have Brain Tumor, surgery done and Radiation is in progress. HHF has paid Rs. 25000/- towards Radiotherapy

Mr. Mohammed Amjad, 32yrs, He is suffering from Prostate Tumor, and he had been given MIBG Therapy – Nuclear Medicines for which HHF has paid Rs. 50,000/-

Ms. Fatima Raheem 15yrs, She is suffering from Chronic Hepatitis-C, Doctors at NIMS advice her for Medical Management . HHF has paid Rs. 60,000/- for 3 months treatment

RTA Emergencies

Ms. Laxmi 22yrs, A native of Anantapur, studying B.ed in Nandyal, met with a Road Accident and implant surgery was done at Century Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

Mr. Saheb Patel, 62yrs, Professionally a Mu’azzin in a Masjid at Gulbarga, met with a Road Accident and was admitted in local private hospital for Medical Management, HHF has paid Rs. 15,000/-

Master. Mohammed Azan, 11yrs, Fall accidentally and got right hand fracture. Surgery done at Princess Durru Shehvar Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-

Mr. Ahmed Baig, 45yrs, Old RTA Case, required Implants Removal. Surgery has been done at Owaisi Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 25,000/-

Mrs. Arif Unissa, 48yrs, She is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and required A.V. Fistula Device . Surgery done at Care Hospital for which HHF has paid Rs. 18,000/-

Mrs. Tahera Begum, 52yrs, She has been diagnosed to have Rt Eye Cataract and the surgery has been done at Dr. Akbar Eye Hospital, HHF has paid Rs. 12,000/-

Enablement for Disabled

Mr. Syed Jameel Ahmed, 35yrs , Left leg amputation done at Gandhi Hospital and We have provided German Make Prosthetic to him through which he is able to walk easily. HHF has paid Rs. 35000/-

Y. Mahesh, 15yrs, He is suffering from Polio Deformity & Spinal Deformity and he was advised to use KAFO Calipers & Spinal Jacket – HHF has provided him Calipers with Spinal Jacket – Rs. 12,500/-

OBITUARY

Mr. Shaik Mohammed Saber, 38yrs, He was suffering from Bucal Mucosa (Mouth Cancer) was on terminal stage and he expired at Sparsh Hospice.

Baby. Shaheen Akhtar, 9yrs, A refugee girl from Burma was suffering from Aplastic Anaemia and was admitted at NIMS for Treatment, unfortunately she expired during her treatment.

19 yr old Girl – Fully cured of Aplastic Anemia at NIMS

Disabled Child Support – covers over 40 children with Chronic Diseases & Thalassemia Major cases – Monthly out flow Rs 80,000/-

Disability Support for Bread winners – over 120 cases are registered and monthly Rs 75,000/- is marked for this.

Young Widows & Orphans Support – Over 60 cases are registered and HHF gives Rents, Pensions, School Fees – Monthly out flow Rs 1,80,000/-

Cancer & Kidney Support – covers all support for patients who are finding no means to bear the medical expenses for treatment. In CKD cases monthly allowance of Rs 3000 per patient and all medical emergencies are covered.

Physiotherapy for Patients – HHF has started Physiotherapy support to the patients who are young and on Bed Ridden, Two physiotherapist visits patients home, monthly expenses are Rs. 25,000/-
