1. Introduction

In an effort to enhance SEI’s acquisition and organization of manager data, the IMU Manager Portal website has been completely redesigned. Improvements such as repopulating fields and multiple composite questionnaires on one page make the new site far easier and faster to use. There are various controls in place to ensure the user knows exactly what data is required for each form. The new Manager Portal will make the monthly and quarterly information gathering process more efficient and more secure. A new enhancement has also been added that enables the user to automatically reset their password using security questions. This document will help IMU Manager Portal users become acquainted with the new site. Users of the previous site will find the fields and forms somewhat familiar, although the overall layout of the site is totally changed. There is a “Help” button at the bottom left of each Manager Portal page. Click on this button to refer to this help guide for any questions relating to the user functions in the Manager Portal Site. For any questions not covered in this help guide, click on the “Contact Us” button, also located at the bottom left of each page, and contact information for the site administrator will be displayed.

Thank you for taking the time to read this help document and we hope you like the new IMU Manager Portal.

If a name is fewer than three characters long, there will be an extra number at the end, i.e. Amy Yu’s would be “AmyYu1234” (Please note that the password is case sensitive).
