To enable 24-hour operations of its seasonal helipad base, Polish HEMS decided to install helipad lighting. As a result of
public tender, S4GA helipad lighting has been selected as the best solution for current application.
S4GA portable helipad lights have been successfully tested and approved by The State of Border Guard and Air Defense
Force for usage by national armed forces. Results of testing of visibility range:
The lighting is visible from the distance of 4 miles. An additional value is their mobility and possibility of being installed in any location.
The landing lights are easy to install and operate for both fixed and wing helicopter landing zones, and require virtually no maintenance.
7 km – for visible LED mode at minimum (10%) and maximum (100%) light intensity*
2 km - for infrared (NVG) mode at minimum (10%) light intensity
2,6 km – for infrared (NVG) mode at maximum (100%) light intensity
* Limitations: 7 km was a maximum distance allowed for piloting helicopter at night time.

The lights have been using by pilots for flight training operations at night time and during the day
in low visibility conditions.
S4GA portable helicopter landing zone lights have been using to secure night operations during Anaconda military
exercises performed by NATO in Poland.

Heliventure supported night operations at Tomorrowland Music Festival. The Customer required helipad lights
immediately. S4GA has provided operator with its premium helipad lighting solution.
S4GA lighting is the only portable helipad lighting that has been certified by Danish Transport Authority and is currently
in use by Danish company that operates fleet of business helicopters.
Portable helipad lights have been installed at Lithuanian aeroclub to illuminate helipad during winter seasons. The lights
have been approved by Lithuanian Civil Aviation Authority and are using by both civil and military pilots.
The customer requested for high-quality ICAO compliant helipad lights to secure occasional night operations. S4GA lights
have been selected as premium solution for helipads available on the market.
System is utilized on our helipad located on remote areas in order to maintain 24/7 transport operations to and from off-shore oil drilling platforms. Our pilots are satisfied with the visibility range provided by the
