➢ Supported staff, developed and maintained services through a protracted single
tender exercise by the Primary Care Trust. This saw staffing fall to 40% whole time
equivalent levels for a significant time. This required creative and robust daily
management to ensure safe staffing arrangements that could manage delivery and
risk.
➢ Successfully submitted bids to statutory and voluntary agencies to implement o End
of life nursing post and end of life facilities o Kings Fund – enhancing the healing
environment o Primary mental health team funding
