Description:The existing batch roaster with catalytic after-burner is

already equipped with a system for green coffee

preheating. With an additional air/water heat exchanger

the residual heat is completely recovered. The recovered

heat is valorised as superheated water for:

• process hot water

• heat injection into district heating network

• cold water production with absorption chiller

• sanitary hot water

• building heating

The system is equipped with a CIP (cleaning in place)

system allowing a constant high efficiency during lifetime.
