GMA s.r.l. is an ISO 9001 registered company, which has been on the market for more than 20 years. It deals with anti-corrosion coatings for the prevention and elimination of corrosive and erosive phenomena on power equipments, especially in condensers and heat exchangers. It owns patented technologies for internal tube coating and for restoring the mechanical features of elements weakened by corrosion, by means of composite wrapping. Heat exchangers type “Carrier” condenser - cooler. Steel Tube sheet CuNi 90\10 Tubes

Problems: tube sheet corroded with leakage from expansion, fouling and scale deposits inside the tubes. Gritblasting operation tube sheet after gritblasting.

Plugging positioning of special plugs with anticavitational profile. Primer application.

Application of Phencote 2000 by spatula and leveling

Full-length internal coating by patented application procedure, spraying 80 µm of HR60TL over 360°.

Tube ends protection against cavitation: inlets receive two additional coating layers to a length of 150 mm.
