Geo tagging is used based on IP to check the respondent’s location, IP is also checked against a list of fraudulent IPs and if found, excluded from the panel. If we are unable to trace the location of the IP, that is also excluded and prevented from taking the survey.

Additionally, the survey links expire after they are used once so as to prevent multiple attempts by the same person. IP blockers also prevent the same IP from accessing the survey multiple times. All the panellists are tracked for speeders and straight liners and are excluded after 3 or more such occurrences.

If we perform the programming, we also use logic checks and trap questions to ensure (the respondent is engaged during the course of the survey. Junk and suspect responses are also red flagged and monitored. 3 or more such instances lead to the exclusion of the panellist from the panel. Once unaffiliated, their details are maintained so that they are not recruited in the future or sent any surveys. As a quality control measure, we also scrub our data against disbarment lists published by different agencies to ensure panel Quality.

We also use industry-standard digital fingerprinting technology to prevent duplicates.
