Funding for Colorado

The results of the 2010 census provided over $13

billion in federal funding for Colorado. In 2016.

That’s about $2,300 per person, per year.

- $12 billion for over 55 Financial Assistance

Programs

Redistricting draws boundaries within each state

for voting and representation.

HB19-1239: Census Outreach Grant Program

• Colorado Fiscal Institute analysis: $12

million additional needed

• Act appropriates $6 million for outreach

and education
