HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The long-term success in business for ENTER Engineering Group will depend on the ability to continuously improve the quality of its services, whilst
protecting people and the environment from harm. Particular attention will be paid to ensuring the continued health and safety of staff during their work,
and taking a proactive approach to the protection of the environment.
In order to achieve these aims, ENTER Engineering Group requires the active participation of its employees, from senior management and workers in
the support of a dynamic safety culture whose aim is to achieve an LTI free workplace. This will be aided by the continued training of all employees in the
HSE policies and standards of the company, and by a “lead by example’’ approach from senior and construction management. Workers will be
empowered to ‘’halt work’’, without fear of retribution, in the eventuality of any perceived or potential safety hazard.
Enter Engineering Group commits to:
Maintaining a rigorous Health and safety approach to all activities at all times
The fostering of a culture of incident and accident free workplace
The establishment of goals and performance objectives for HSE, as well as the implementation of an effective management system, to effectively
measure, in real time, progress towards meeting these goals
The monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of HSE performance by defining performance standards, training, evaluation and audit

STOP WORK POLICY
Within the Policies on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) of Enter Engineering Group is committed to establishing and
maintaining a secure and controlled working environment, minimizing the potential for risk or injury to personnel, property or
environment.
The Company emphasizes that all work performed by its employees and sub-contractors will be undertaken in a safe and controlled
environment and will be undertaken within formal HSE norms and procedures. All staff and contractors are required to take the
necessary measures to minimize or eliminate any perceived or potential risks to the extent practicable.
Senior management of the company is instituting a "STOP WORK" regime, applicable to all employees and subcontractors, to be
instituted under the following circumstances:
• Each employee or subcontractor is empowered to stop work, when they consider that the work activity, or work area they are
working in, poses an imminent danger to life, health of personnel, environment or property.
• Each employee or subcontractor can stop the action of another employee, regardless of position or group, if the action of that
employee may bring harm to him, others around him, harm to the environment or property.
• Work stopped by the order of "STOP WORK" will not resume until all HSE violations have been corrected/restored to bring them up
to standard safety compliance requirements.
• Each employee or subcontractor stopping work shall inform their local HSE representative and supervisor immediately upon
stopping such work
• In order to prevent harm, all employees, including employees of contractors are responsible for the proper observance of this
“STOP WORK” policy.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL POLICY
It is a mandatory policy of ENTER Engineering Group that the use of any drug, alcohol or other form of psychotropic drug, during
the implementation of employment duties is strictly forbidden and any examples found will result in the immediate dismissal of the
employee involved.
Senior management of ENTER Engineering Group considers the use of such restricted substances to be a serious safety violation
with the potential to bring harm to the employee, his workmates, the environment or property. It is the duty of all employees and
contractors to bring to the attention of local HSE and management personnel any situations that cause concerns about the ability of
employees to do their job and work duties.
Management emphasizes that all staff and contractors are personally responsible and liable for the consequences of using drugs,
alcohol or other psychotropic substances, while performing their duties.
In order to ensure full compliance with the “Policy on drug and alcohol abuse” the following measures will be taken:
• In cases stipulated by the legislation, prior to hiring the company's and contractors employees, such employees must undergo a
medical examination on the subject of drugs and alcohol. This inspection is part of the medical examination before admission to
employment.
• Selective and arbitrary tests for drug and alcohol use, during or at the beginning of work time, in case of suspicion of using drugs
and alcohol. Positive results for such tests shall be an irrevocable case for dismissal
• Implementation of additional strategies, should it be required, to strengthen the prevention of drug and alcohol use by staff in the
performance of work duties.
• Conducting checks for drugs or alcohol storage at the working or camp areas at any time.
• Management of ENTER Engineering requires the adherence of all of its employees, contractors and visitors to work sites or
offices to strictly adhere to these practices.

SAFE DRIVING POLICY
Driving of motor vehicles has been shown to represent the greatest risk of accidents faced by employees of the ENTER Engineering
Group. To reduce this risk and to ensure employees meet road safety standards for skilled driving and traffic enforcement, this policy
will apply to all subordinate organizations within ENTER Engineering Group in work or personal time. The requirements set out
below shall be distributed in all the locations where the Group of companies operate.
SeatbeltsAs a condition of work, all employees and contractors are required to wear seat belts while driving the vehicle and drivers are to
ensure that all passengers within the vehicle are also wearing seatbelts
Travel ManagementAll journeys must follow an active program of travel management in accordance with prevailing safety standards. Travel
management program at each location should cover all local driving conditions and identified risks.
Substance AbuseDriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or narcotic substances is strictly prohibited and will incur disciplinary action up to
dismissal, as stated in the “Policy on drug and alcohol abuse”. There will be Zero tolerance should any driver be found contravening
this policy.
Monitors for improvement of drivingAll vehicles owned, rented or subcontracted by ENTER Engineering. Will have vehicle monitoring systems, monitoring key
parameters of vehicle use. All areas should adopt a program for regular review of the data collected by this monitor and use these
data for continuous improvement of driving skills. Management should actively participate in the implementation of this program.
Disciplinary measuresViolations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
