How to learn The Subjects• Hi, I’m going to show you how to set your header and footer, now

you go into Microsoft word, and go up to view, head footer, and click it. Then type in your header, which goes on the top, and then type in your footer, which goes on the bottom.

• Hi, I’m going to now show you how insert page numbers, and how to shrink words and pictures to fit on a page. I will first start with inserting number. If you’re already in word, look at the toolbar. Nine items to the right from the bold symbol is a button with numbers on it, click on it. And a number one will pop up, now every time you click enter, a number will pop up.

• Hi, I am now going to show you how to insert page breaks, first go into Microsoft word, then go to insert, click breaks, then click page breaks and push ok.

• Hi, now I’m going to teach you insert section breaks. First go into word, go to insert, breaks, and pick the section break you want.

1. Soft page break- The place where Word automatically start a new page when the current page when the current page is filled with text.

2. Hard page break- A nonprinting character that tells Word to start a new page, even if the current page is not filled with text.

3. Section- A portion of a document that can be formatted independently from other Sections.

4. Section break- A nonprinting character that tells Word to start a new section within a document.

5. Header Repetitive text or graphics printed at the bottom of in a document.
