Who we are Computer Union Co.,Ltd. is an affiliate of Saha-Union Group, established by

Mr. Damri Darakananda, who had personal interests and initiations and realized the

importance of the Computer technology, to meet the demand of computer use within

the organization and to distributed the products and to provide services to outside

organization The company is one of the pioneer distributors of personal computers in

Thailand, and has development itself to an integrated IT service provider so far.

In 1982, the Company was established with its registered capital of 10 million Bath;

at present, the Company has its registered capital of 100 million Bath. The Company has

accumulated the experiences of sales and service provision to its customers, with its

The Company has given the importance to the maintenance service provision

to customers’ computer and equipment, in accordance with the Company’s motto

“ Quality, Rapid, Punctual and Effective Service Provision and Development of Quality

Management System for Maximum Satisfactions of Customers”. With ISO9001:2000

accreditation from MACII, our service provision is highly acceptable among customers

Service System and Standard

For standard operations, the Customer Service Department has provide the spare

part reservation system and the customer database storage system to cheak the service

history, including the communication system via mobile phones and emails, as well as

the standard customer access time, as follows:
