Head of International Trade & Customs Compliance (m / f) • Long-term professional experience in global foreign trade advisory and customs service management for complex and global enterprises with high share of export business • Several years of experience in managing and leading IT and business service departments in more than one job family (e.g. IT, business consulting, supply chain, tax, QHSE or law) • Detailed knowledge of global foreign trade and environmental affairs regulations and IT management as well as developing and operating global IT systems • Deep understanding and knowledge of supply chain processes, life science products as well as business models, finance and tax • Experience in multidisciplinary service delivery management and corresponding change management • Competence to keep an overview of complex subject matters, to deduce operational activities and take decisions under time pressure • Open-minded and pro-active personality with strong communi- cation skills and the ability to act as advisor to the business in order to combine legal questions with business impacts • Ability to anticipate change setting expectations and clear communications • Ability to establish and maintain a sustainable expert network • Fulfill the legal requirements (Art. 39 UCC, Art. 27 (1) UCC-IA) for customs responsible persons • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken YOUR APPLICATION We offer a competitive salary in an international environment as well as excellent opportunities for professional and personal development.
