The selected candidates will be designated as Management Trainee
with a probationary
period of 1 year. On successful completion of probation they
will be absorbed into the Bank
on permanent basis.
Remuneration for the Position is Rs.2.10 lakhs to Rs.2.34 lakhs
(as per the profile). Youmaybe that once a Management Trainee
becomes an Asst. Manager, in HDFC, he or she will
be put a grade and the total annual package will be anywhere
above Rs.4 lakhs + benefits.
