Hans-Christoph Paul When speaking about innovation, one often thinks of great inventions. But innovation is also about being able to see through obstacles and to solve difficult challenges.Being able to do this requires a back-ground of skills, competences - and some luck.

CEO and founder of HCP innovation Hans-Christoph Paul has those skills along with a wide range of educational and practical experiences.*

Since 1994 Hans-Christoph Paul has lived in Denmark, working as a valu-able and innovative partner for sever-al companies in different areas of the Wind Turbine as well as the Oil and Gas Industry. Technical, Quality and Risk Manage-ment are important parts of his work. Trouble shooting, incident analysis and project management have also been major focus areas, essential for solving large scope projects. Since 1999 Hans-Christoph has also been working as a technical expert for Danish courts in various national and international cases.

Back in 1998 Hans-Christoph Paul founded HCP engineering. It became a fast growing company, working with-in mechanical engineering worldwide. Several “first of it’s kind” projects and IPR turned HCP engineering into a well known and highly respected engineer-ing supplier. Hans-Christoph Paul lead a well trained staff with quality, inno-vation and service as the main focus. HCP engineering solved very large and complex projects successfully and was well known for making things happen; to have the ability to make the impos-sible possible.

In 2012 Hans-Christoph Paul sold HCP engineering group.

These many years of practical experi-ence have now been channelled into the creation of an innovative company. In this company, independent R&D consultancy services work hand in hand with a strong focus on new pro-jects and technical consultancy servic-es at a high level.The brand name is HCP innovation and the innovative anchorman is Hans-Christoph Paul.

Risk management is an essential part of technical design, but risk manage-ment needs profound technical knowl-edge and experiences. FEMA or risk analysis is a vital part of the project during its development.

Risk analysis is a technical analysis, which also works as a technical tool for courts. For insurance companies, buyers, users and investors, technical risk analysis is very important in the process of looking at vital parts of a well founded project. ProjectsInnovation:Innovation is more than just being crea-tive. Innovation is to explore new paths through complicated problems and in order to discover innovative solutions, you must posess both talent and cour-age.

To be innovative indeed demands cour-age and stamina. Just consider the great discoveries and inventions of the past. Without the innovative trailblazers they would have never been realised, be-cause the idea that at first seems im-possible will often be dismissed and left in the dark.

But even the best R&D program demands systems and control, much in the same way that manufacturing only reaches its goal by using systems and controls.These functions can be implemented using external capacities. Hans-Christoph Paul has worked with Indian companies since 1999. As managing director of HCP engineer-ing, Hans-Christoph Paul developed a partnership with a selected indi-an company from 2002 up until 2008 where HCP engineering established a subsidiary in Bangalore, India.Hans-Christoph Paul has, through nu-merous stays in India, built a large and competent network. In addition he has developed and implemented methods and principles for working with Indi-an engineers. Systems and processes that can cross cultural barriers.
