The Hobbit House and Eden Pavilion playhouses will be auctioned live to the

highest bidders on December 6th at Home Builder’s Plaza at 6 pm.

We’ll be serving food, soft drinks, wine & beer at this fun bow tie affair.

highest bidders on December 6th at Home Builder’s Plaza at 6 pm.

We’ll be serving food, soft drinks, wine & beer at this fun bow tie affair.

David Patrick Moses

Offering start to finish architectural services to assist owners through design, documentation, bidding, and construction observation, David Patrick Moses has completed many beautiful custom homes in the Mountain, Piedmont, and Sandhills regions of North Carolina.

This playhouse will be auctioned live, October 2nd, at Watauga County Habitat for

Humanity's annual fundraiser, Blueprints and Bow Ties.

Proceeds will help advance the mission of Habitat for Humanity of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Hunter Paul Coffey

His interest in design and travel led Hunter to pursue his professional career in various places. Among those were architectural firms in England and Switzerland. Working abroad enabled him to travel and study architecture throughout Western Europe.

ATTIC Design

Bob Mann attended architectural college in Leeds, England, graduating with a degree in architecture.

After several years practicing in England, a move to Charlotte, NC involved him in several successful commercial architectural firms, honing his skills in all aspects of professional practice.

He fulfilled a dream, moving to Banner Elk, NC to pursue his burning desire to create highly customized homes in a mountain vernacular.
