Reduced wind eects

The horizontal tines o the Haybob 300 and 360

keep the crop close to the ground to avoid wind

eect. This is an important advantage on the

edges o felds and along ditches where hay

can be lost.

Turns in work, locks when lited

The Haybob 300 and 360 ollow the path o the

tractor in turns, without dragging or damage to

the swath, thanks to the pivoting headstock.

When lited, the machine automatically locks in

the central position or sae handling on slopes.

Clean raking

The Haybob 300 orms a windrow in the central

position behind the machine.

The machine provides exceptionally clean raking,

even at high working speeds, and produces a

loose, uy windrow.

The windrow width can be adjusted with the crop

deectors. Clean separation rom the spread crop

allows windrowing across the ull working width

o 300 cm (910).When working in light crops, it is possible to orm

a double windrow in three passes.

Central delivery rake and tedder combination

HAYBOB 300

The Haybob 300 and 360 are tedder-rake combinations with adjustable tines that are kept in the horizontal working

position by centriugal orce. The tines oat through the stubble to move all the crop. These universal haymakers have

both wide and narrow tines that provide a wide working surace. The machines combine high capacity with clean

working, even in the heaviest crops.

4The Haybob moves the crop totally and spreads it out evenly. The even spread is guaranteed by the horizontal positioning

o the tines working in combination with the crop divider. By changing the wheel height, the incline o the rotor is altered

and subsequently the spread pattern. Normally the crop deectors are ully open to obtain maximum spreading capacity.

Along feld boundaries and ditches, however, the deector should be moved inward to prevent crop loses.

Adjustable crop deectors

The crop deectors on the Haybob 300 and 360

have two height settings. On at ground, the

lower position produces a perect windrow

without crop losses. In rough terrain, the upper

position minimizes wear on the crop deectors.

Perect ground ollowing capabilities

The Haybob 300 and 360 ollow the tractor

dependably over rough feld conditions, thanks

to their moveable link brackets.

The wheels are angled orward towards the

ront o the rotors and close to the tines.

This ensures that not only the wheels, but also

the tines, smoothly ollow ground contours.

The wide-ribbed tires also help ensure smooth

Clean raking

The Haybob 360 provides exceptionally clean raking, even at high working speeds. This is due to the exible mounting o the tines, which closely

ollow ground contours, and the horizontal sweeping action in orming the windrow. The tines can work at a PTO speed o 350 rpm, helping prevent

losses in dry crops. The machine ollows well in both right-hand and let-hand turns, resulting in even windrows which can be easily picked up by

harvesting machines.

Side delivery rake and tedder combination

HAYBOB 360

When raking, the Haybob 360 orms a windrow on the lethand side o the machine. This allows the potential to

accumulate crop over a wider width, orming a windrow that suits the baler, orage harvester or loader wagon.

Windrow width is set by use o a crop curtain. To ensure that the crop is equally divided between both rotors, a crop

divider is ftted. Depending on crop conditions, the spreading pattern can be altered by changing the height o theadjustable wheels. Using the crop deector, it is possible to adjust the spreading width on the right-hand side, which is

particularly important when working around feld boundaries.

6Switch rom tedder to rake in minutes!

Reposition the tines, swing the crop deectors, adjust the wheels and within minutes the Haybob 300 and 360 are set

rom tedding to raking position or back. With the Haybob 360, the rotation o one pivoting headstock rotor also has

to be reversed, the crop divider and crop curtain set, and the mainrame swung. These settings can be done withinminutes and the instructions are clearly indicated on a decal.
