– WING LOST COMM:• TURN ROTATING BEACON AND STROBE OFF• CAUTIOUSLY ASSUME LINE ABREAST POSITION• LEAD WILL “TAIL WAG” TO ACKNOWLEDGE• LEAD LET ATC KNOW AND WILL LEAD FORMATION HOME
– LEAD LOST COMM:• TURN ROTATING BEACON AND STROBE OFF• TAIL WAG• TWO WILL ASSUME LINE ABREAST• LEAD WILL SIGNAL LOST COMM• TWO TAKES THE LEAD TO LEAD THE FORMATION HOME• LOST COMM AC WILL TURN LIGHTS BACK ON AT THE COMPLETION OF LEAD CHANGE• EXITS THE FORMATION IN THE SAFEST MANNER AND REJOINS AT THE END OF THE FORMATION
