They are created with flat or profiled steel exteriors. Windows, single or double glazed and can be fitted with security shutters or guards and doors supplied with multi point locking systems to ensure resistance to vandalism or theft, ideal for use on construction sites.

SELF CONTAINED MOBILE WELFARE UNITS These mobile welfare units are completely self contained with no external electricity or water supply needed.
The welfare cabin can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people – with larger units available on request.
The mobile welfare’s kitchen area is complete with microwave, a 25 litre drinking water container, large sink, kettle, hot water unit with soap dispensers, fixed table and benches complete with storage. The welfare unit has its own separate WC to the rear of the unit with forearm and wrist washing facilities plus a compact drying room adjacent to the WC.

With the anti vandal design the mobile welfare units are perfect for non secure sites boasting high security features. Complete with its very own super silent generator, which has a simple activation system making them user friendly.

Refurbishing a portable building is a highly sustainable alternative to a new build, delivering a high quality building within a customer’s budget constraints.
A pre owned modular building generates less than 10% of the carbon emissions compared with a newly manufactured building of the equivalent size (reference: CO2 emissions from use, scrapping and manufacture of modular buildings, modular and portable building association).
