Sharing with fellow Google Doc User

In the Activity screen, Right click anywhere on the document line, click share and share again

Sharing settings allows you to choose who the document is being shared with and their editing privilege

Can send email alert as well as message regarding document

Notice that document now says ‘shared’

In the Activity screen, Right click anywhere on the document line, click share and email as attachment
