SUZI DOMINY
Founding editor and publisher, Suzi Dominy, brings unique insight and depth of
experience, gained over three decades in professional feed industry journalism and
publishing. Before starting Aquafeed.com, she was co-publisher of the agri-food
division of a major U.K.-based Business-to-Business publishing and exhibitions
company, responsible for more than 20 feed, grain and food technology publications
and conferences. She was also editor of their leading international feed and flour
milling magazine for 13 years. She founded and edited the first aquafeed print
publication and internationalized feed and grain publications that are still in existence
today. She has also been editorial director of World Grain and has contributed to
numerous food, feed, grain and aquaculture magazines, company literature and videos,
training manuals and Codes of Practice for NGOs and associations.
MEREDITH BROOKS
Meredith Brooks is a communications professional with a passion for sustainability
and aquaculture, Meredith earned her Bachelor Degrees in Journalism and Political
Science from the University of Southern California, and has spent nearly a decade
serving as the Information Specialist for the Center for Tropical and Sub-tropical
Aquaculture, based in Hawaii’i. She has established relationships with aqua farms and
hatcheries in a number of locations and across a broad range of technical
sophistication; her experience brings considerable insight to her role as the Associate
Editor of Hatcheryfeed magazine.
WARREN DOMINY
Dr. Warren Dominy heads our technical consulting team. Formerly Director of Aquatic
Feeds & Nutrition Department at Oceanic Institute, Hawai'i, Warren is an aquatic
animal nutritionist, formulator and aquafeed processing specialist with more than 30
years experience. He has conducted feed research with multiple species and consulted
for agencies such as USAID, ASA and U.S. Wheat, providing expert technical assistance
and advice to commercial aquafeed companies around the world, including Singapore,
Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Madagascar, Ecuador, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan,
People’s Republic of China, India, Cambodia and Egypt.
