HASCO Medical, Inc. (HASC) is a managed healthcare provider of a broad range of home healthcare products and services. Focused on becoming a leading provider in this growing market, the Company’s three major product lines currently include home respiratory equipment, durable/home medical equipment and new and used wheelchair ac-cessible vans.

In addition to offering a wide variety of home medical and respiratory equipment, the Company provides a full line of services such as cleaning of equipment, loaner products, trial fittings and samplings, pick-up and delivery of many products, and warranty repair of defective products. HASCO Medical also offers product and technology training for physicians and therapists.

The Company’s wheelchair accessible vehicle division provides clients with a complete inventory of new and used wheelchair accessible vans through four corporate owned stores and two affiliates for a total of six operation centers throughout the State of Florida. Personal and commercial vehicle lifts, home mobility solutions, vehicle modifica-tions and driving aids and equipment are also available.

HASCO Medical’s management team is focused on growing revenues while maintaining cost control. To ensure cli-ents receive superior products and services, the Company has also implemented quality and performance improve-ment programs. Providing Affordable Solutions to Growing Industry

While a skilled nursing facility offers respiratory or other medical care at an average cost of $325 per day, and hos-pitals and ERs offer the same care for a minimum fee of $1,500 per day, home health care services can provide the same equipment, training, and servicing of that equipment over time for a mere $137.

According to a recent newspaper report, not only is home-based health care less expensive and more accessible than nursing home, hospice, or hospital care, it is fully as effective, providing identical levels of service and assis-tance at costs that dwarf hospital stays, many of which can bankrupt the average fixed-income retiree.

Home Healthcare Offerings

Home Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies - HASCO Medical provides a variety of equipment and supplies to serve the needs of home care patients. Revenues from home medical equipment and supplies are derived principally from the rental and sale of wheelchairs, power chairs, hospital beds, ambulatory aids, bathroom aids and safety equipment, and rehabilitation equipment.

Home Respiratory Equipment - HASCO Medical provides a wide variety of home respiratory equipment primar-ily to patients with severe and chronic pulmonary diseases. Patients are referred to the Company most often by primary care and pulmonary physicians as well as by hospital discharge planners and case managers. After review-ing pertinent medical records on the patient and confirming insurance coverage information, a Company service technician visits the patient’s home to deliver and to prepare the prescribed equipment. Company representatives coordinate the prescribed regimen with the patient’s physician and train the patient and caregiver in the correct use of the equipment. For patients renting equipment, Company representatives also make periodic follow-up visits to the home to provide additional instructions, perform required equipment maintenance, and deliver oxygen and other supplies.

The primary respiratory services that the Company provides are:

Oxygen systems - to assist patients with breathing. There are two types of oxygen systems: (i) oxygen concentra-tors, which are stationary units that filter ordinary room air to provide a continuous flow of oxygen; and (ii) high pressure oxygen cylinders, which are used primarily for portability as an adjunct to oxygen concentrators. Oxygen systems are prescribed by physicians for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cystic fibrosis, and neurologically-related respiratory problems

Nebulizers - to assist patients with breathing. Nebulizer compressors are used to administer aerosolized medica-tions (such as albuterol) to patients with asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and cystic fibrosis.

Respiratory assist devices - to force air through respiratory passage-ways during sleep. These treatments, which utilize continuous positive airway pressure (“CPAP”) or bi-level positive airway pressure therapy, are used on adults with obstructive sleep apnea (“OSA”), a condition in which a patient’s normal breathing patterns are disturbed dur-ing sleep.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE Vans and AccessoriesThrough the recent acquisition of Mobility Freedom Inc. and Wheelchair Vans of America, HASCO Medical offers a complete inventory of new and used wheelchair accessible vans to their customers in the Clermont, Orlando, Tampa, Edgewater, Palm Coast and Pensacola area in Florida. They also offer additional services on most mobility vans with items such as extended warranty, adaptive equipment like automobile hand controls or EZ lock tie downs.

Commercial Vehicle Lifts

Commercial vehicle lifts are designed for commercial or heavy duty applications. Lifts are powered by hydraulic cylinders and have up to 800lbs weight capacities. Ve-hicle modifications may be required for proper applica-tion.

Driving aids allow us to customize your existing vehicle or any vehicle you purchase from us. Hand controls, foot controls and many other advanced controls are available to get you back on the road.
