West Oahu-Farrington Guideway (Kapolei to Pearl Highlands), Kiewit Infrastructure West Co.

99 % Complete Contract Completion: March 2017

Punch List Work: HART/KIWC 165 remaining out of 7,396 items; includes punch lists received from HDOT, CSOC, and Safety & Security.

West Oahu Stations Group (East Kapolei, UH West Oahu and Ho’opili), Nan, Inc.

22% Complete Contract Completion: March 2018; anticipated to be June 2019

Ho’opili – Contractor working on girder end stairs on both East/West and placed concrete in the bottom half of all four stairs. Stripped forms and cleaned out, now setting the top and final forms on the curb and stair risers. Continue excavating trenches for duct banks to Elevators 1 and 2 including future elevators. Continue working on a fix for the elevator pit walls where there is some short vertical reinforcing steel.

UH West Oahu – Completed the false work and platform installation. Continue to install metal forms for box girders on the channel side. Continue to install reinforcement for the elevated slab and beams between grid line 6-8. Completed the installation and back fill of the new 46 kV and fiber optic duct banks.

East Kapolei – Continue reinforcing steel installation at foundation grade beams. Continue wood form construction at foundation grade beams. Continue reinforcing steel installation at foundation pile caps. Continue wood form construction at foundation pile caps.

Farrington Highway Stations Group (West Loch, Waipahu Transit Center and LCC), Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co.

25% Complete Contract Completion: January 2018; anticipated to be February 2019

WLO - Makai: HD finalizing the installation of structural steel for the entrance building. Forming of the station stairs continues. Preparation underway for the placement of concrete topping slab on pedestrian bridge. Mauka: HD finalizing the installation of station structural steel . The forming of the station stairs continues for concrete placement. Preparation underway for the placement of concrete topping slab on pedestrian bridge.

WTC - Set forms and reinforcing steel for the Type 2 Box Girder bottom slab and walls. Makai: Completed demobilization of the drill rig. Mauka: Grade Median between Moloalo Street & Farrington continues. Excavate pile caps, foundation and footings. Install VCR duct lines to TCCR. Installing grounding grid.

LCC –Mass grading for the Station building. Installing electrical ducts within the tunnel area. Installation of reinforcing steel for the interior walls of the Ancillary building.

H2R2 Ramp, Royal Contracting Co.

95% Complete Contract Completion: May 2107; anticipated to be November 2017

Contract work complete except for guardrail and bridge rail.

Pre-Final Inspection conducted with HDOT 8/3/17.

96.7% Complete Contract Completion: September 2017

Restoration of highway medians continues at numerous locations. Punch lists are being developed.

Traffic Signal upgrades continue at several intersections.

Construction of Retaining Wall #8 continues at Waimalu Shopping Center. Backfill and highway widening activities to follow.

100% of mainline track and contact rail is installed.

Kamehameha Highway Stations Group (Pearl Highlands, Pearlridge and Aloha Stadium), Nan, Inc.

10% Complete Contract Completion: May 2019; anticipated to be August 2019

Pearl Highlands Station– Column P4, and P2 concrete pours completed. Poured first section of column P9. Continue grading and compacting surface material for false work shoring pads area. 18 of 32 Production Shafts have been poured to date. 12 of 32 Columns have been poured to date.

Pearlridge Station – Continued potholing for existing utilities along Kamehameha Highway in preparation for utility installation.

Aloha Stadium Station – Partial access to the station and southern parking lot was provided on 7/13. Discussing next set of activities.

University of Hawaii Park and Ride – Road “B” Bid Results are under review by Procurement.

Hawaiian Electric Co. Substation at Maintenance and Storage Facility Planning ongoing with HECO and LCC.

Core Systems, Ansaldo Honolulu Joint Venture 44% Complete Vehicles and Core Systems Contract Completion: March 2019; Anticipated to be October 2025

MSF activities 76.4% complete with anticipated completion of all MSF - TPSS and signaling field work by 4th quarter of 2017.

TES and ATC installation activity are on-going in the WOFH and KHG section.

COMM installation activity is on-going in the MSF building and yard.

HECO provided power to Waipahu TPSS.

Train #01 static testing is in progress, preparations underway for Dynamic Section testing.

Ongoing contract closeout is in process. Certifiable items submittal is pending final approval from the Safety Security Review Committee (SSRC)

9% Complete Contract Substantial Completion: May 2021

Field investigative potholing and Geotechnical borings continue to support design efforts for the definitive packages.

Recurring meetings and coordination are taking place with third party stakeholders to progress design and planning efforts.

Mobilization of equipment continues.

Received LT-2 preliminary test report, under review.

STG continues to unload equipment and temporarily stage it for load test for shaft #3. Started assembling track crane and unloaded outer steel casing from LT-2.
