FOUNDATION

The standard foundation budgeted for requires a field strength of 1.00 kg/cm2 at a depth of 1.00 m.

In these cases a shallow foundation trench run consisting of reinforced concrete and steel. Is placed on the foundation, as sealant against damp, a gravel fill and polyethylene sheet is used as a covering.

The waterproofing layer and the base floor housing is composed of concrete 15 cm thick; thermal insulation boards made from extruded polystyrene 60 mm thick are applied.

Geotechnical Study of the terrain for the construction will be used, and if the results require another type of foundation , we will proceed to study technical and economic data for the foundation.
