Designed by award winning Alec French Architects, these wharf-style buildings utilise rugged materials to complement the urban surroundings; brick, stone and iron, with large windows and balconies or Juliet balconies, to create light and airy interior space.

Externally the wide, newly created streets are tree lined and the use of paving, cobble-sets and granite with modern lighting completes the picture.

The one & two bedroom apartments and penthouses have a high level of finish and specification, including fully integrated fitted kitchens and security systems.

The area of Wapping Wharf is steeped in Bristol’s maritime history and is now being transformed into a

thriving area of Bristol with more than 600 new homes, local shops, cafés, restaurants, offices and a 150-bedroom boutique hotel. When completed a whole new waterside

café culture will emerge to rival anywhere in Bristol.

Another important part of this exciting new scheme will be the completion of a much-needed pedestrian

walkway linking south Bristol with the new residential, shopping and leisure area at Wapping Wharf.

At Wapping Wharf everything you need is at your fingertips and transport links couldn’t be easier: Temple Meads station is a 15 minute** walk making Bath, Swindon, Gloucestershire and Cardiff an easy commute.
