Happy Halloween!

Halloween was originally a Pagan

holiday called „Day of the Dead‟. It is the

day when the souls of dead dudes come

back to Earth. They have parties and dance

around drinking and eating a lot. Living

people remember their dead family

members, usually with happy thoughts.

Now children wear costumes and go out at

night-time. They go to people‟s houses and

say “Trick or Treat”. Then the person gives

them a treat, like candy. If the person

doesn't give them candy the children

become evil demon pygmies and throw

dirty toilet paper or eggs onto the house.

Many children are arrested during Halloween.

enjoyed a BBQ. The skies were sunny and everyone was happy. The

ELC supplied the food and the activities. Students could enjoy

playing sports like rugby, soccer, Frisbee and cricket.

Then the food was served there were vegetables, bread rolls, snacks

and meat but maybe not enough, students are always hungry.

Do you like autumn?

NIT legends Are you winning? October was exciting. Winter COME ON, we are ready for you. Here we go.

Pokemon Store, a special page that sells ONLY Pokemon goods. The store also has special edition Pokemon Center goods. There are currently over 10,000 Pokemon goods in total, including a life-sized Pikachu plushie and a few selections from the I Love Eevee merchandise series.

matches in October. They won one match and lost the other. The first game (France vs. Japan) was played at the Stade de France in France and the Samurai blues won by 1-0. Congratulations!! The second game (Brazil vs. Japan) was played at the Municipal stadium in Poland and in this game they lost 4-0. Oh no!!

Autumn is when the temperature gets cooler

(yippee). It gets dark earlier (5 o‟clock!). The leaves change color to red and yellow, then they start to fall from the trees (very pretty). Also, there is more rain (not so good). In autumn tourists go to parks and forests to look at the autumn colors, and farmers are often harvesting their crops. Some American people say „fall‟ instead of saying „autumn‟. I guess that is because the leaves „fall‟ down from the trees. Autumn is not my favourite season. Do you like autumn?
